Don't be fooled by the cheap price compared to other daypacks; This backpack is incredibly sturdy with pockets and meshing to spare. You can easily fit everything you'll need ofr a 2-3 day hike including a small tent/sleeping bag. The bag has two different sections inside that offer extra protection from items you'd rather not get wet during longer adventures. I use it as my current go-to for day-long city runs and just as a generic gymbag as well. Plenty of room for a full-sized towel, set of running shows, spare clothes, water bottle, and as many protien bars as you could posibly eat in a weekend. Another great feature is the top pocket which allows a reat place to store the phone and wallet for easy access even while the pack is on. The straps are fully adjustable and don't rub, even on the tightest setting. I highly recommend this pack for any serious runners/hikers thinking about upgrading to "simplify your journey" pack. Also, great for beginners looking to break into distance runs/hikes but aren't sure what to go for just yet. Its heavily padded but there is no frame, so you will have to learn to pack yourself.
