Belvah Large Quilted Floral Paisley Backpack

Just got the bookbag for my 12 year old daughter as an "after Christmas" present. It is a beautiful bag, but within 10 minutes the zipper broke. I am ordering another one immediately and sending the broken one back. I am hoping it was just a fluke and the next one will be great. I'll let you know!

This is a great size backpack and very pretty. The first time I tried to zip the zipper was broke. The did refund but kinda scared to order again.
