I saw an industrial serviceman that had one of these packs and asked him about it. Because he works all over the world and carries his backpack every where, he said backpacks normally last him six months. His backpack was two years old and looked like new. We were near a computer so I asked him to help me find it on-line. I went to Amazon... Looked up Swissgear backpack... as soon as we found it I wiped out the charge card a bought one.I've carried everything from my 16" notebook to a small two ton capacity hydraulic jack in it. It's the most indestructible backpack that I have seen or used. I love it.
