I purchased this bag looking for a small bag for hiking. I have an existing Tamrac bag that I was using, but was far too bulky for most short hikes. This bag is perfect for just that.The bag itself has two main pockets, each divided into smaller segments. The largest pocket has a divider inside making two compartemts. One compartment will just hold a 100oz hydration bladder, and the other I have packed with a large point and shoot and foot long hogie. Unfortuately the smaller pocket is very small, just enough room for a handful of granola bars, extra batteries, memory cards, film (for those of us who still use it), etc.
Clik Elite makes camera gear, so the main question is what size camera can fit. First off I would never put a DSLR in there! Nowhere near enough space or protection. Maybe just a DSLR body in a rainy emergeny, but only then. However, the bag does have ample room for a point and shoot, advanced point and shoot, or 4/3 camera and a spare lens.
The build of the bag is excellent, not quite as good as I would want for the price though. One of the selling points of the bag is that it can attach to Clik Elite DSLR holsters, which they refer to as chest packs. I don't have any so I can comment on how well they work together. I can, however, say that the shoulder straps have nice attachement points to which I have put carabiner to attach camera straps to prevent spills.
Overall, I am very happy with the purchase.
