This backpack fits my 3 year old son perfectly since it is not a full size backpack. He used it a ton when we first purchased it and after about a week the zipper broke. One thing I will say is that the seller exchanged it free of charge, it was very quick and courteous service.

I bought this backpack for my 5 year old grandson for Christmas. He was very excited when he opened it. The excitement ended a few weeks after that. He was getting his stuff together to go back to school. He wanted to show all his classmates his new pack back. He was very disappointed when he got his backpack out to put his goodies in. The front where the pictures is was cracking and peeling. He couldn't take it to school looking like that. I am very disappointed myself. I would expect the backpack should last at least six months. I will be getting my grandson a replacement from somewhere but it will not be the one he got for Christmas. That one is gone. What do you suggest should be done?
