Ordered back after school started when it arrived it was in perfect condition. My only compliant is that my daughter wants to bring it everywhere with her and I have to remind her it is her school bag and not for girl scout meetings or sleepovers.Would order another bag if it came in a larger size so she could use it for sleepovers and miscellaneous trips just so I can avoid the fights on while it has to be used for school only.
