I love my new Kipling backpack. I bought it to take on a plane and the size is perfect. It weighs nothing so it is more comfortable to carry around for long periods. I bought Kipling because my daughter has had one of their book bags for years and it still looks great.

This is the perfect size for what I wanted and it's great quality good pockets, closures, comfortable fit. A good choice!

The description is wrong, it doesn't have 12 x 18 x 20 inches, it has at most 12x 20 x 34 cm. It is to small.

When I saw that it was so small I went onto the Kipling website to compare sizes and you are in the wrong.

I am not in the US at present and a visiting friend brought it down for me so I have little chance of returning it.

the bag is good, the misrepresentation is Amazon.
