I am enjoying my new backpack, i have owned others but they were not like this. It is of a better quality it is more durable i am sure i will have it for years. I Use it to carry my laptop and iPad to work.

I got this backpack to help my back out when needing to carry a laptop and lots of other gear. It works quite nicely. Loads of pockets to store stuff and the stretchy straps helped me on my 8 day trek with the pack. Sturdy enough to get kicked around under the seat on the plane, and the zippers seemed to work pretty well so far.

It is quite durable and relatively light. I love the load absorption on shoulder straps.

I use it for work and carry a 15" laptop along with some tools all the time. Really comfortable and even though it feels have when carried by hand it doesn't feel heavy once carried on my back and shoulders.

The SwissGear Backpack is very sturdy and lots of pockets. I have two, one for business and one for personal use. You can use and abuse them and they still look new. No rips, fraying threads, just an excellent backpack to protect your computer.

This is a very useful bag. I could not wait to get the bag so that I could start carrying it around New York City, instead of that shoulder bag I have been using. It is definitely worth the money, and an excellent rating, however the one negative thing about the bag is that it doesnt have the chest strap across the front as advertised. Mine came with them missing. I contacted the seller about a month ago, and STILL havent received a response.....GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE there! Paid 100 bucks for a bag, and it did not arrive as advertised. If you look up in the corner it says clearly....ADJUSTABLE CHEST STRAP!
