Second, this thing has more pockets than a pool table factory. The slot in the back also holds a 3"x5" notepad.
This is what problem analysis and solution engineering are all about. Is there a chance we can turn Maxpedition loose on the government?I wanted this when I saw a video review of it on youtube a while back. However, never realized how big this wallet was until I got it! Never the less it can store my subway map, money, keys, cards, personal hygiene stuff (lip balm, mini hair brush, tampon, etc.), mini memo pad, pen, phone and mp3 player securely in it's many, many pockets. Not the most fashionable accessory for a city girl, in fact, I was told that I look like a tourist. Whatever... The end result is that I only need one wallet and given that I wear this under my coat, makes this a very secure wallet. So it's all good. :) Thumbs up to the guys at Maxpedition!
Buy Maxpedition Traveler Deluxe Now
I own the This Backpack which is awesome. Had it for quite a long time now. I use it as my EDC pack at work and on my own time, its still kicking some butt. Im wanting to buy another one and just use it for my personal back i take with me on trips since we vacation out of the country quite alot......... which brings me to the Traveler Deluxe. My wife bought mine. Looks like this is gonna work out awesome for our trips. There isnt anything bad i can say about the darn thing. Like everything from Maxpedition, its money well spent. We do quite a bit on our trips.
For the past couple months ive been wanting a Remora which is also from Maxpedition. Both the Traveler and the Remora aught to work out quite well together.
Ran across the advice for the Traverler in the this book by Jeff Randall Adventure Travel In The Third World. Awesome book, Jeff makes some awesome knives if you are into such things. Randall also stands behind the people and products from Maxpedition.
There is plenty of room for everything you could need, but you can read about that crap in the other reviews! LOL
(( got my wife a Pink Versipack which is also holding up to abuse ))

If you're going into a wretched hive of scum and villainy, you might want this. It is handy to keep between a button down shirt and tshirt so you can easily access it during international travel instead of digging through pockets. Documents are kept quite safe. If you're headed out into some wilderness once you've left that wretched hive, this will keep your critical documents and moneystuffs close by as well. However, it is bulky and after 30 hours of the cord chafing your neck it gets old and you're ready to give it a break so that's downside. However, I was glad to have it.I have several pieces of Maxpedition gear that I really like. The picture for this traveler deluxe, and the description on the Maxpedition web site show 3 credit card slots on one side, and 5 on the other. But the one I got has 3 card slots and 1 deep pocket on one side, and 4 deep slots on the other. 3 credit card slots is not nearly enough for a travel wallet, so I'm returning it.
