Lego Stars Wars Galaxy War 16" Lego Backpack

This is a fantastic gift for any young kid who loves playing start wars on wii, and that wants to look cool!

I bought this exact backpack at a local store back in August when my son started school. The first week of school the outside small zipper broke. The mesh pockets on the sides of the backpack got rips in them the first few weeks of school. It is now December and the zipper for the main compartment is still in tact (thank God). The pictures on the backpack still look good (they haven't gotten rubbed off or scratched). There is also now a rip on the back of the backpack. I'm sorry I wasted my money on such a poorly made product, however my son loves it and does not want to get rid of it, so he still uses it for school (luckily he is in kindergarten and doesn't have much to carry otherwise I'm sure it would be toast by now. I would give it one star, but since my son loves it so much I'll go ahead and give it 3 stars.

It is so unfortunate that this item is so poorly made, but it perfectly demonstrates the problem with ordering things online. If I saw the flimsy construction and below grade zippers in person I would never have purchased it. Pretty smart of the seller to only give a 30 day return window...the zipper on the outside pocket lasted eight days, the zipper on the main compartment completely faulterd today, and I'd already had to fix it once. About 10 days after the deadline. Lesson learned. Buyers beware, this backpack lasts an average of 30 days only. Don't throw your money away. I should really learn to not give in to my child's requests, and buy a backpack made by a reputable manufacturer. Shame on LEGO, it says this is a licensed product. I guess quality means nothing to LEGO.
