They suggested I take a picture of it and send it to them?????

Also, the "red" color on the flag is more of an orange.

I am still waiting for a resolution from Victoria's Deco.

Quality of product...returning zipper was broken will get another one because my granddaughter really likes the style. It could have been just this one.

The quality of this product is very poor. Gave it to my niece for her birthday. Within 3 weeks the strap broke and the zipper split so it is no longer usable. Contacted the seller and they wanted pictures sent to them. Sent the pictures but they will not accept the return because the item has been used. Unfortunately my niece lost out on her birthday gift because this company does not stand behind their product.
