I was going to review this item with one star but it was shipped really fast and well. However, the bag itself is extremely cheap. I am a college student and I have a mac and I normally bring two folders and two notebooks along with pens and pencils to class. The first time I put all of this stuff in this bag the metal link that holds the strap to the bag bent and broke. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I would not buy this bag if you carry a laptop because it can't handle to weight.

On her last visit she told me she needed a new bag for her books at school. I sent this bag to her and she was thrilled with it. It's easy to carry on the bus and holds everything she needs. She says that it's an upgrade from her traditional backpack.
