This backback is the perfect school set for your American Girl Doll. It was packed nicely in an AG box and was quite cute. My daughter loved the little science book, it is actually the same company as the science book she reads at school. However, I should have done my research. I believe the set sells for a little over $30, not close to $50. If I'd have seen it first, I would have thought maybe $25, even with the AG label.Luckily, my daughter isn't privy to my feeling on the cost, and she is really enjoying the toy.
