Gregory Strap Pad

I bought this for a messenger bag that I brought on vacation. It kept the strap off from digging in my shoulder and neck and it did get a bit softer as the week went by. Velco is very strong and you don't have to worry about it falling off. Over all a good purchase and I would reccomend it.
