Looks better than the images show.At first I thought it might be problematic the way the main compartment opens up, thinking it might be awkward to put in a laptop. Not at all! Plenty of space. Even though my laptop is smaller than 16" screen, the strap helps to keep it snug and secure.
I really like the compartments for SD cards, USB drives, and accessory pockets. Everything is kept clean and organized. I even have extra space (compared to my previous backpack from Dell) without having a larger backpack.
As for quality, only time will tell, but it looks and feels durable.
