In some ways I wish the inner handles were on the outside so I could switch between them and also carry it with it still being zipped up. I still really like it though

While I like the look of this product in person, it has a very strong chemical odor, which probably won't go away for a long time. It isn't as sturdy as I would have liked either. It's flimsy, not stiff at all. I wish it had more padding to protect the laptop.

Gotten many compliments. I love dots, was searching for a bag saw this and thought this is it. Wish it had a pocket for my cables, but I make due. Love the shoulder strap and the option of carrying it with the handles. Great!
