I purchased this bag as a gift but have to admit, it's the third one I've bought and I have a deep love for Eagle Creek products. I got one for myself over a year ago and have used it constantly when traveling, whether backpacking in India or just on local weekend trips. The 2 I've been using quite a bit still look brand new, zippers seem sturdy and fabric is durable & easy to clean if needed. I've used it for everything from keeping jewelry organized to wrangling undergarments to holding papers & small pocket items when going through airport security (just clipped it onto my carryon and didn't worry about losing anything or theft).

When laid flat, there are 2 zip pockets on one side (each half the total length) and when you flip it over, there is a single pocket the whole length of the bag. Zip it all up and then you can fold it in half and two attached snaps hold it in place. The person who received this as a gift liked it and I think I'll probably give more as I think it's a quality made and useful product. I was a little worried that the blue color would be bright and not masculine as the gift was for a man but it comes as a fairly royal blue, it was perfect.

it has three separate zippered compartments and folds up really small a tad larger than my palm. i use it in my gym bag for bandaids, extra socks and assorted loose stuff. it clips on, so when i go hiking, i can attach it to my camera bag or belt to access polarisers and other filters i may need to switch on the lenses.

it's also a great way to keep stuff organised in a travel suitcase. it's small enough to fit in my purse, so it's easy to take it out in-flight when i need assorted bits like tissues or my ipod and put it in the pouch in front of my seat.

Kelty Women's Redtail 1600 Backpack

This bag is designed with fashion, not function, in mind. The side pockets are angled in a cool looking way, but unfortunately, you cannot carry even a small water bottle in one of these pockets because the angling causes the bottle to tilt & fall out repeatedly. The pockets inside are also angled to look cool, causing stuff to fall all over inside the bag. Also, the bag lacks the nice inside mesh pocket of other redtail backpacks (I've had several). Finally, there is a non-removable plastic panel inside the back of the bag that causes it to creak and squeak constantly as you walk. Very annoying, and loud enough for everyone around to hear. I would get a different, more basic redtail if I had the money, and would donate this one to the Salvation Army.

I was looking for a backpack which I could use on a daily basis to commute from the gym to work to school on public transportation. I needed something that could hold a lot of heavy things, including a laptop, without hurting my back. I also wanted a bag that I could take hiking or use for travel. This bag meets all of my requirements! It had more than enough space for me to fit school books, work papers and gym stuff, and it carries well on my back without being overly bulky. There are enough pockets to keep my belongings organized, and the lumbar and chest straps help with heavy loads. I see it being perfect for travel and hiking as well. I also appreciate that the straps are narrow enough for my frame I'm 5'1". Highly recommended!

I got this bag in Mauve. The bag looks nice and I like the organization. But it really squeaks loud. It was so embarassing and annoying. I've repositioning it on the shoulder or changing the length, nothing really stop it from squeaking. Very disappointed that I have to return it.

I use this pack for day hikes, travel and school (I am a grad student). Overall it is a good pack. The straps are comfortable, and the back ventilation works pretty well. The size is a bit big for day hikes, but perfect for carrying a few textbooks, a laptop, my lunch... As far as the annoying squeak, in my experience it went away after a month or 2 of regular use, and even when it was present, I was the only one who noticed it. The only problem with the pack are the mesh side pockets, which are too small to hold a water bottle. I use the compression straps to hold mine in, but I wish I didn't have to. The pack is however compatible with a bladder system, so when I'm hiking, that's how I hydrate.

Yes, it has style but it works too. It fits great and doesn't squeak and my water bottle has not come close to falling out. Plenty of room; plenty of pockets and straps. I had to return the 1800 because it just didn't fit. I'm very happy with my 1600.

Needed a bag that would hold sports equipment and clothes when flying. This bag is huge....we love it. Instead of checking 3 bags on our next trip this one bag will fit everything. Seems to roll smoothly also.

The first time I used this bag one of the clips on the cinches broke. The clips seem to be of a very low quality. I am concerned about the overall quality of the construction and how the bag will hold up. The manufacturer wants $25 to return the bag under their 3-year warranty despite what I believe to be a manufacturing defect. I would not recommend this product. There is a reason it is priced under competitive products.

I purchased this duffle bag for its size and price, we made one trip last week. Nothing but clothes in this bag, so it weighed about 40 lbs fully loaded. When we got off the airplane and went to claim out bag, we found both handles had ripped off and the side seams had split from being picked up. I thought it was the airline just handling it roughly, nope. As we picked up the bag off the claim return the other side ripped and the zipper failed as well. Horribly made and poor craftsmanship too. Size is great! But since we can't do anything with the bag after one trip, it was a bad choice in purchasing.

Dora's Backpack Adventure (2002)

My son is a huge fan of Dora, and the material is great. Unfortunately the quantity of advertising at the beginning of this video is outrageous. I know that Ads at the start of a video are the standard, but over 10 minutes before the video starts on a child's video is outrageous. To wade through this much advertising to see the content they should give the video away for free. Yes, you can use the fast forward button every time your child watches, or you can record episodes easily direct from your own T.V. As this tape only contains two twenty minute episodes you won't have to work to hard to make your own comparable tape.

My 3 year old son is a diehard Dora fan. Recently he really started to pick up on the few Spanish words they have on the English DVDs and the television show. He was very excited to watch this video. I think it holds his attention even more than the others and his Spanish is skyrocketing. I wish the character's voices weren't so high pitched (seems to always happen in Spanish speaking programs all of the children have high voices) and that they spoke a little slower. But if your child watches Dora over and over, why not add a little Spanish?

We didn't realize how much our daughter liked Dora until our local cable company dropped "Nick Jr." programming, when she was 8 mo. old. At age 15mo. she saw Dora's picture at a bookstore, and thereafter would ask us, "D-D-D-Dora". Anything an 8 mo. baby remembers that long must be good.

So we got the Prince video, and the only problem is our tolerance for r-r-r-repeat showings.

We really like the clear language used, the repitition, the sort of "normal" fantasies (as opposed to sensory overload action/sound), and the Spanish inclusion. If they'd do the same stories with Chinese inclusions (or French, etc., etc.,) that would be great.

Our great objection is the 7 minutes of senseless advertisements at the beginning of the tape. When will Americans wake up and object forcefully to the invasive carcinoma that is excessive commercialization of society?

I never really had a gym/duffel bag like this, I've always wanted one, but never really had a need. Finally I was going on a trip (flying) to florida through Continental, and it costs $25 a bag to check, but you can bring a carry-on for free, so I knew I needed to get a decent sized duffel in order to fit the bill, and this bag was it. It's big enough for me to bring 4 pairs of shorts, pair of jeans, pair of khakis, 7 t-shirts, Polo, Button Down, Pair of Sneakers, Ipod, book, journal, pair of big noise cancelling headphones, external hdd and 5 pairs of socks. Now you may think that's not a lot, but when you're 6'2", 310 lbs with a 40" waist your clothing has a lot of material to it, especially shorts, pants and jeans. Funny thing is now I'm carrying just a pair of sweats, shorts and a gym shirt in it for when I go to lift and it seems almost too big, but I love it anyway. Furthermore, the thickness of the nylon is awesome, it feels like it would be pretty hard to rip the material that's holding all of your clothes in, and the zippers feel heavy duty as well.

I think whatever you're looking for, a carry-on or just a gym bag, this is what you need.

I purchased this bag as a general purpose gym back. I chose the medium, and it is the perfect size! I'm a working professional, and sometimes will shower and change into work close at the gym. This bag can carry my gym clothes, athletic shoes, swim gear (trunks, towel, etc), my toiletries bag for showering, and a full change of clothes. The end cap pockets are a nice touch, especially the shoe compartment. It's designed well and can hold my size 13s without a problem. Something my previous bag did not do so well. I've only had it for a few weeks, but with near daily use it's holding up well. I will update this review in the event I see any early signs of wear and tear.

Before I say anything about the bag, you should do a search for videos on these bags and the different sizes they come in. I almost ordered the Large size, because it's just a few bucks more than this Medium one, and more room is always good, but that thing is a monster when you see it being used!

As for the bag, this is really a perfect duffel in every aspect. I'm getting back into competitive fighting, and needed something to hold all my gear for sparring, as well as some pads to practice with when I see my friends who don't have their own. At first I was a little concerned that all of it might not fit, but once I got the bag in my hands, all worries were eradicated. The Medium is more than enough, and has TONS of room! The main storage compartment holds my gloves, an Everlast Thai pad, shorts, shin guards and much more. I'm sure I could throw another Thai pad in there and everything would be just fine. Also inside this area is a small pouch, and would be very handy to put your mouth guard in, or maybe even money, a wallet, phone or mp3 player.

The two pockets on the front and back are ventilated, and perfect for storing any workout clothes you just got done with that need a bit of airing out. One of these pockets has a handle at the bottom (visible in the main stock image above) as well as a custom 88 card if you're part of a team. Just black out the white segments to make your number and you're set. If you're not on a team sport, just flip the card over and you have a blank card to write down your contact info on in the off chance that you lose this thing.

The last pocket is on the side, under the Under Armour letters, and this pocket has additional pouches inside for even -morestorage! Supplements, snacks, whatever you need to put in here, go nuts. I currently have my grip strengtheners and supplements in there, and there's more than enough room for more stuff.

And then you have the standard adjustable shoulder strap with a pad that can be moved around. The top of the bag also has two handles that can be held together with a velcro closure. Really, the only thing I'm slightly worried about with this bag is that the hooks that hold the strap to the bag are made of plastic, and it might be hard to replace these if they break.

Again, look for videos that show the different sizes if no stores in your area carry these bags so you know what size is right for you! I'm very happy with my purchase, and I love the red/white color.

This is the first and only STM bag I own. I love the organization of the bag in which you have a small frontal pocket for pens, keys, ipod, phone and misc. The straps felt scratchy at first when I put the bookbag on, but the scratchyness disappeared over time. What I wish I could have done was ordered the small STM Ranger instead because it looks too big and bulky on me. Even though the provided laptop sleeve does not fit my 17" laptop (I measured it wrong, didn't know it was 17" at first), I rarely even bring my laptop to school because my laptop is extremely heavy. I use the laptop compartment in the bookbag to hold a textbook or fragile books that I don't want the corner to be bent when I'm carrying a lot. As for the ipad compartment, I don't own a ipad, but it fits my planner and whatever novel I read perfectly. So yes, I don't tend to carry a laptop or a ipad around most of the time, but this bookbag can be used to other ways that suits my needs.

This bag is good looking and functions wonderfully. Extra padding makes me feel that my electronics are safe and secure.

This bag is designed with convenience in mind. The outer pocket makes it easy to access my keys, a pen, and a snack. The side pockets keep my drink and my umbrella secure enough that I don't worry about them falling out. The interior pocket is large enough that I can fit 2 large textbooks and a binder, plus and extra drink and a bag of snacks.

I found the outer hook was a little challenging at first because I needed to open the strap with my finger to slip the hook in, but now that I've done it for a couple of weeks, the strap is trained and doesn't try to bunch.

Someone in a previous review stated that this bag bumped around when they walked; I haven't had that problem at all. If I did have that issue, this bag clips across the chest; I believe that would take care of it.

I'm short, and I was concerned that I would find it too broad across the shoulders, but that hasn't been an issue either.

This bag is worth the price!

I purchased one of K-Cliffs bags for my sweet, sweet angel faced turd burglar and in no time after her 1st grade year started it began to tear along a seam. Too tough for Ma to sew and not worth the time. I figured I'd contact K-Cliffs and let them replace their piece of Oriental (I think that's the politically correct phrase) junk but no go these varmits scurry and hide faster than Saudi royalty on a plane back to the homeland after 9/11. I had the opportunity to review The Adventurer, a rolling travel duffle that has all of the features of a top-of-the line piece of luggage, for a lot less! This large, black and silver suitcase is made from ballistics grade polyester and has a lightweight, durable polyethylene frame which not only helps the bag retain its shape, but also allows it to stand upright on its own without any support. This way you can access your belongings without having to lay it down, lean it or prop it against something. Except for the back side, it is a soft-sided suitcase, not hard, and the material reminds me of a very well-made backpack.

It is the perfect size for both me and my husband, with a roomy interior, plenty of multi-size pockets on the outside, plus front compression straps with no-slip buckles so you can adjust the overall size of the suitcase. There is an elastic strap with a buckle inside to help secure contents, and also a large mesh pocket on the inside of the cover. Another feature I really like is that all of the zippers are no-snag, so they are easy to zip without any material getting caught up in the track, and they zip very smoothly.

There is this great top pocket on the outside which is perfect for quick access to keys, tickets, your phone or whatever else you made need on short notice. And I love the covered ID slot that is built right in on the back side close to the top so I no longer have to worry about ugly and annoying luggage tags that always seem to fall off, plus it protects my privacy! You just push a little button and slide it out of the slot! Very handy!

There are grab handles on four sides which makes getting it out of the car trunk much easier, as well as allowing you to carry it different ways! The two wheels for pulling roll smoothly even on rough surfaces, and the 12" tow handle with comfort grip is fully retractable. Both on the back side and the bottom are high impact rails to help protect contents and the shell when pulling it up stairs, plus there are other reinforced, durable impact points. The corners are also reinforced by fabric overlays and multiple stitching layers to protect against tearing or splitting. This suitcase is so well made, even the buckles on the compression straps are heavy duty and made to withstand 180 degree bending and very hot or cold temperatures like you would find in cargo bays!

I love our new Adventurer! It has all of the bonus features you find with very expensive luggage, it is just as well made and durable (if not more) and costs so much less! Although I received this in exchange for review, all words and opinions are my own, and I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for durable, attractive and easy-to-manage luggage

I absolutely LOVE this product. We live a few hours from family and travel to see them on occassion. I have a little suitcase for each of my 3 children. I was looking for something that I could put all of their things in so I would only have 1 piece of luggage to take with us. This product does the trick. I can fit it all in here. I just love the colors and all the features that it has to offer. It has a very sturdy handle so you can pick it up easily. There is a zipper compartment on the top of the bag. You un-zip it and inside is where the handle is located. You just press a button down on the handle and pull it up. Once you pull it all the way up, you will hear it click into place. To put it down, all you need to do is push the button and press down. Once it is all the way down you can then zip the compartment closed.

There is a compartment located on the top portion that can be un-zipped. I find it perfect for my kids' toothbrushes and such, as it all fits perfect in there.

Walt Disney Minnie Mouse Large Rolling Backpack

My three-year-old is absolutely in love with Minnie Mouse. She got this for Christmas, in anticipation of her first trip to Disney World. The quality is quite good, very durable, with strong zippers and wheels. The height of the handle made it easy for my daughter to pull on her own and it is quite light when empty so wasn't too heavy for her to pull even when packed with toys and books. It is bright and colorful and the outside pockets are useful (although the velcro on the outside pockets makes them less than completely sealed. Overall, an excellent choice and sure to last for years to come.

My daughter is in first grade and this backpack lasted a total of 3 months. It fell apart so quickly. I was very disappointed and so was she.

My son received this as a gift for Christmas and it was an instant hit. He immediately stuffed a t-shirt into it and began playing catch in the house. As a 6-year old, he will be going camping for the first time this spring and this will be the perfect toy to take along. It is made of very high quality nylon (think backpack material) and has a heavy duty zipper. It also has a sewn-in loop to attach a carabiner for easy transport. It can also double as a small toiletry case or ditty sack for small accessories. I'm sure we are going to have fun with this one.

I bought this bag about 9 months ago, when my third baby was a newborn. I have owned other diaper bags in the past, and I had a very specific list of what I wanted in a bag: I was looking for something very roomy and lightweight. I cloth diaper, and I wanted to be able to take a couple of cloth diapers, along with the usual other diaper bag stuff, and a snacks for the older kids, and still be able to zip the thing closed. I also wanted to have pockets for my stuff, so that when I am out and about with the baby, I don't have to take a purse. It was very important that I have a place for my cell phone that was easily accessible. I wanted stroller straps, and I wanted feet on the bottom. This one fit the bill. I bought no less than seven different diaper bags (some that cost twice as much) and tried them out at home before settling on this one. And nine months later, I have to say, I made the right choice. I have been very pleased. The fabric, stitching, and hardware have held up amazingly well -it still looks new. I stuff it full of all sorts of things, including cloth diapers, and the big pocket on the front will still hold my wallet, while the smaller zip pockets are great for my cell phone and hand sanitizer. The side bottle pockets hold sippy cups with no problem. I really like having two different strap options, and the stroller straps are great -the clasps are very easy to open and close, which is not always the case with other bags. The last thing you want when you're packing your kids in the minivan is to be wrestling with getting your bag off the stroller because the clasps are too small or too stiff. It's a breeze with this bag. The Black Magnolia print is pretty and stylish. I really can't find anything I don't like about this bag. It was a great purchase!

I ordered this bag because I loved the pattern of the fabric. It has lots of room inside and many pockets to keep things organized. I also like that the straps do not fall down off your shoulder and its very easy to wear. However, after using it for a few weeks the straps started falling off. I had to hand sew them back on and went ahead and reinforced the other straps as well.

Purchased this bag due to the 5 star reviews others had given to the bag. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite as nice as I had anticipated. The nylon lining inside & on exterior top was rough and cheap, the snaps on the front and back pockets already seemed a bit loose, and it was also much heavier than I had expected. I was hoping my wallet (7X4) would fit in one of the front zip pockets but I could just barely jam it in there without having to tug hard on the zipper. The cute (Cocoa Tree) was super cute, but oilcloth tends to scuff easily and the bottom should be nylon to help avoid this. It is very similar in size and shape to a Fleurville sling tote, but definitely not the same quality. It did have a nice side bottle pocket, just wish there was a bottle pocket on both sides of the bag (the pocket on the other side is short and not too deep, but not secure, so I wouldn't use it for cell phone or wallet or keys, not sure what it is there for). It's OK and the price is in line with quality. I would gladly spend more on this bag if they just made a few changes (nylon bottom, nicer nylon inside, 2 sippy pockets outside, better snaps, deeper front zip pockets).

Diaper bags are simply a matter of preference. I originally tried a much more expensive diaper bag, supposedly one of the best out there, but it just wasn't for me. I returned the more expensive bag, and decided to try the JJ Cole Mode Tote. The Mode Tote was, and is, the perfect fit for this first time mom! First of all, there are two main ways to carry the bag. The first is the over-the-shoulder long, padded strap. While I love the padding, I prefer to use the two-handled way to carry the bag like a tote (again, a matter of preference!) I just removed the padded strap entirely and stored it in my daughter's closet. The other thing I love is the stroller clips that come with the bag! We haven't used them more than a couple of times, but they are definitely handy! I just store them in one of the pockets when I am not using them. I also love the matching changing mat that comes with the bag. It's so big, but folds so flat that it takes up zero room when stored! Also, I can fold it up using one hand, which is essential when I am holding my daughter! One of the best things about this bag, in my opinion, is that it doesn't feel heavy and bulky, even when it's completely packed! Some diaper bags out there are so heavy, your shoulders hurt after carrying them around for even a short time. The Mode Tote is not like that; I feel like the material from which it is constructed lends itself to to being lightweight. I can't really think of anything I really dislike about the bag, and I've sat here trying to think of something! No diaper bag is perfect I still have to dig sometimes to find what I need, but isn't that every diaper bag? The Mode Tote is tall and narrow. I like this (I prefer it to short and wide). I ordered the Black Magnolia pattern and love it! I use it with my daughter and am satisfied knowing that I could continue to use it even if I have a boy someday. It's a quality product at a great price! (FYI here's what I am currently carrying in the bag: a fleece sleeper, two plain onesies, 4 pairs of socks, two fleece outfits, 6 diapers, a travel case of diaper wipes, two pairs of mittens, a winter hat, a nasal aspirator, a water bottle, a formula dispenser, a pair of nail clippers, 3 toys, a digital camera, a pacifier, a bib, a burb cloth, two pairs of shoes, a travel pack of kleenex, a box of 75 disposable diaper bags, and travel hand sanitizer. I still have PLENTY of room!)

I researched many diaper bags before deciding on this one. It was important for me to have a bag that was large enough for my newborn's necessities and my 19 month old daughter's, as well, but not be so large that it would be difficult or irritating to carry around. I have more than enough room for all their diapers, wipes, a change of clothes for each, toys, snacks, an extra receiving blanket, pacifier case, pacifier wipes, a pen, my wallet, hand sanitizer, my keys, phone, and a book for my six year old. I've been using this bag for 2 months and it's the ONLY diaper bag I've ever owned that stays organized (I've owned many with my three children, and I consider myself to be a very organized person). The many pockets that this bag has allows me keep things exactly the way I need them. This bag is amazing, and for the money it is definitely worth it. I would buy it again, and recommend it!

I've owned this backpack for a year now and have taken numerous domestic & international trips with it. Most of my flights are Seattle/Jakarta. It literally swallows everything I put in it. There are compartments everywhere for everything. My 15 inch lap top fits easily into the padded laptop slot. I'm gone for months at a time and usually carry this bag for my electronics and consulting materials and have a carry-on for clothing. However, I've taken week-long trips with only this bag. I'm surprised about how much can fit into it despite being called 'compact'. I like the way it stands up on its base always no tipping over. I usually keep it at my feet on flights to have my stuff handy. The main hatch stays open like a file cabinet.

This backpack is a little heavier than previous backpacks I've owned but it's also much sturdier. And, yes, it is more expensive but I know it will last many years. It has shown no signs of wear despite my heavy usage. The zippers are strong and easy to pull. Nothing has caught in them or snagged.

I regularly walk from my office to my hotel carrying this bag sometimes fully loaded and sometimes not and have noticed no ergonomic issues. It comfortably fits my 5' 11" (160#) frame. Last month I had to walk a mile in a torrential rain in Jakarta. I used an umbrella but was still soaked after the 20 minute walk. Everything in the bag was dry. I'm not saying it's water proof but it is definitely water resistant. My shirt sure wasn't. Just don't go scuba diving with it or leave it in the pouring rain.

This pack is definitely not large. I am a lifelong CFO and like to travel with the entire contents of a well stocked office in my bag with a pack typically weighing in at > 40lbs. This doesn't do it. That said, with a touch of organization and a concession to only 1 spare everything, and just 1 laptop + 2 tablets and a single writing pad this bag works. I travelled throughout Europe for two weeks and never really longed for my old pack until I bought a few things and started to fill the pockets of my jacket to avoid putting my checked bag over 50lbs. It looks trim on my back, an improvement from the college stuffed swiss knife number I used to weild. There is a larger sized one around worth considering (I'm a 5'11" size 44) but I'm not going out to buy a bigger one...,just learning to work without spares and a big notebook...but I guess it is the 21st century.
