When I got this pack, the straps weren't sewn on properly. I returned it over a month ago and am still waiting for my refund. Amazon and Backcountry both agree that I'm owed my money back, but can't seem to figure out why they haven't issued the refund yet.UPDATE: I finally got my refund, and I ended up buying the same pack directly from Black Diamond with no issues. Better late than never. I gave the pack one star at first, but the replacement I ordered direct from BD has been great, so I'm going to bump it up to 4.
