The bag is really good quality, the padding is thick and sturdy, the straps are a little big, and am not to sure how the opening for the ear phone works. (someone please tell me)
Others who reviewed the bag, said that the zipper is problematic and they were right. It is hard to zip, but, u get use to it, once it doesn't burst am good! :)
Other than that, it is definitely worth buying!
Ps: Its really spacey inside!
My daughter was excited to get this zebra backpack, but within a few weeks of receiving it, the zipper kept getting stuck and the pack wouldn't close correctly. So disappointed, going to return it.

I purchased this backpack because I liked the way it looked, it's size, and that it had a laptop compartment. I used it for a total of 6 months and within that 6 months the zipper pulls came off multiple times, the zipper in the main compartment started pulling apart and finally last week one of the shoulder straps pulled completely out of the bottom of the backpack!!!! I realize that being a college student I carry a lot of weight in my backpack.....but 6 months???? This backpack is probably best used for an elementary or middle school aged child.

The zipper broke the first time I used it. The zippers are stiff at first but once you use it they get better. I like the book bag itself, except for the straps, they are a little rough. I seriously thought about returning it, but didn't feel like going through the hassle of not having it.

i love it! as an (female) engineering student i have an insane amount of heavy textbooks, but it isn't such a big problem anymore because this backpack has so much space and is so comfortable. some of my books even fit into the smallest of the zippers. this is a million times better than my old backpack. my old bag used to bind all my notebooks and folders but with this bag i don't have to worry about that anymore. the zippers and built in organization is such a big help. i really like the laptop pocket. you can tell that this bag is built to last and with quality. i bought it mostly for it's looks but it has turned out to be way more practical than i ever could of imagined. like i said i love this bag and i would buy it again in a heart beat.
