I was a little dubious about whether this bag would work for my 6 year old. The bag is adorable, and the size is perfect. When we first opened the package, I thought for sure we would have to return it. However, it comfortably holds her snowpants, mittens, hat, a pair of shoes, her school folder, a library book and her Crocodile lunch pail. The price is very reasonable compared to other options-I hate the idea of spending over $50 for a bag that a child might get tired of and/or gets dragged around everywhere (rain, snow and sun). I will return to this company and product when it is time to buy 2 bags for the fall.
