My bag was stolen so this was a replacement. Delayed in shipping, and then multplie issues with the delivery. Had quick responses from their customer service to resolve all of the multiple issues and they eventually refunded me my shipping. Very happy I finally recieved the bag! Bag is great quality and extremelly happy with it!
