This shipped to us rather quickly for a non-prime item. The bookbag itself is very sturdy and fits my 4 year old well. He loves it. It looks exactly like it did in the picture, and the straps seem comfortable for my kid.

The bag came in a plastic wrapper and the smell was AWFUL. Took weeks before the chemical smell went away.

The back pack arrived with the front zipper broken, so we could not close it all the way. School starts in 2 days so it is too late to return and replace. All my son has been asking for all summer is a Captain America back pack for his first day of Kindergarten, so we decided to keep it. The following day (with just pretend Kindergarten use) one of the big zippers broke. I am looking for a replacement now since I doubt the back pack will make it through the first week. My son is very mild manner 5 year old, so if an older and even slightly rougher kid had it I don't know if it would make it through taking it out of the box. My advice...shop around.
