1. Vendor sent the product quick and advertised correct. Can't complain about the vendor.2. I gave it a okay rating because it doesn't have any rings to attach to suspenders and dangles. Akward to carry on belt and suspenders. Plus not a lot of room in the top or side pouches. Side pouch held a pair of winter gloves. Also after a rain it stored moisture inside the bag. Don't really like it...
