I was so happy with the shipping, the service, and the people! But when I received the bag I unzipped the front zipper and it ripped on the inside! :( I'm still using it, I sewed it back together, but what a bummer man. Oh another thing that kinda bugged me and I should have noticed this when I bought it, but the sling back (for me) is reversed, but may not be reversed for others. I like to have my sling over my left shoulder this one hangs on my right shoulder. I must say though, whoever did the embroidering, was very neat and clean.
