I bought this product, after exchanging a similar version I received as a gift but that was too large. I made a mistake and hit one click purchase twice and ended up with two of them. Good thing I never got around to returning the extra one. Within 2 weeks of every day use (take it out in the morning, put it in in the evening), the zipper broke off and the darn thing was zipped shut. Not wanting to bother with returns for somehting so cheap, I just threw out the first one and started using the second one. It lasted 3 days before I had the same problem. Sigh. I finally spent the extra $13 and bought the Vera Bradley one I had wanted in the first place and I'm in LOVE. It's thick, protective, has a storage pocket and the zipper works. Just another lesson of you get what you pay for and don't bother paying for this.

This sleeve was exactly as I expected, but only after reading the reviews from other buyers. I knew ahead of time that the product was not extra cushion-ey. It does exactly what I need it to do protect the computer. It fits my 14" Dell Inspiron perfectly with a little extra room.

Everything was great about this, except that it's bigger than the dimensions given. With my laptop inside, there is still about 2.5 inches between the computer and the zipper. That doesn't really hurt anything, it would give you room to put papers, or a notebook or something in there, I just didn't want the extra width.
