Lego Star Wars 16 Inch Galaxy Battle Backpack - Black, Blue and Red

My son loves this backpack. It is so adorable and sturdy. The front of it has bright colors and and the characters are just adorable. It is a cool lenticular scratch surface. It's sturdy enough to handle the load of a kindergarten load to 2nd grade. Very hard to find in stores.

The picture and colors are great. What little Star Wars fan wouldn't love it? After less than 1 month of school, I had to sew up 4 places where it was ripping out. Now another month into school, both of the zippers are messed up.

My son is in kindergarten, so he's not carrying heavy loads back and forth to school. I only spent $15, but it wasn't worth it.

Don't pay $40 for this! I got it at Target for about $16 and still paid too much hole ripped in top seam first week of school, ziper is flimsy, will likely totally fall apart soon. My son will be devisated, but I'll have to insist it be replaced with something of better quality.

My son was so excited to get his new backpack he is a huge Star Wars fan! He loves the backpack and has had it one week, taking it everywhere he goes. I read the reviews and was a little concerned about the quality. Today my son decided to bring home his chocolate milk to share it with his sister, which of course spilled all inside the lunchbox and backpack, making everything a big sticky mess! I have always washed lunchboxes and backpacks on gentle cycle in the washing machine, and thought that was probably the only way to get the milk out entirely. Well, imagine my surprise when I opened the washing machine and found hundreds of little pieces of material all over the machine. The picture peeled off almost completely! There is hardly any picture left. He is going to be so devastated to see what happened in the morning, tears will definitely be flowing. What a cheap piece of junk! Might not be as much fun, but we are definitely going back to Lands End!! I cannot believe I just spent around $40 and he could only use it one week!! BOO!! Tell China to stop sending us crap!!

I went to toys r us and saw this back pack it is junk the material on the outside can be scratched easily with you fingernail. The Material separating the backpack is super thin and flimsy, most likely will rip. Don't wast your money. Also toysrus sells it for $14.99, which is way too much i wouldn't even spend $5.00 on it. Buyer Beware.
