I am very happy with this purchase. It was shipped the day after I place my order, and it arrived quickly. The packaging was deceiving, as the case was folded in half and placed in a letter-sized envelope, but that did not damage the item. The reason I am not giving it five stars is because Hello Kitty's bow is bright red instead of baby pink, as is shown in the picture. Same with the letters, they are white and red instead of white and pink. Other than that, I am completely satisfied!
