The backpack is really cute. 100% cotton, lightweight and small. It would fit an Ipad in a protective case, a light rainjacket, small umbrella, phone and wallet essentials for a day in town, basically.But when I adjusted the straps to fit, I found that the plastic adjustment buckle rests uncomfortably on the front of my shoulder, with only the Ipad inside the pack. I'm 5'4" and average build and weight.
The shipping from the seller, DealYard, was free and fast. However, there was no indication when I ordered that there would be a restocking fee. Plus you have to pay your own return shipping. It cost me a $3.74 restocking fee plus $7.55 in USPS parcel post shipping with insurance and tracking (recommended by DealYard) in order to return this item, which I couldn't use.
I would have given 4 stars for the item because of the fit issue, but I have to give it 2 because it cost me $11.29 to try it on! Just thought you should know about the restocking fee and return shipping costs.
