After using it for 3 weeks, I noticed that one shoulder strap began to tear away from the bag. I don't carry many things to make it heavy; just 15 inch laptop, charger, mouse, some cables and some office papers & supplies. The shoulder straps seem to be made of very cheap material.I find this really disappointing. My previous Targus backpack stayed in a intact condition for 4 years.
