Super cute. But too small to hold a piece of paper without folding it, much less a folder or binder. Their measurement is for the overall height, including wheels and handle. Not the bag part.

This would be a great miniature backpack however, the item is labeled as a bookbag. No books will fit into this bag! I can't believe we did not heed the warnings of the other smart people who posted negative reports about this product. This piece of crap arrived today and my son and I couldn't believe our eyes! It is about the size of a piece of paper, and will only hold a pencil case and a few pieces of folded paper. Who measured this and posted this lie? I am so angry that I wasted my money and time. Also, the straps were already unrattled and ripped. Unbelievable!Amazon needs to remove this item or either post the truth. Having a child in the picture with the actual bookbag would help. I am an avid online shopper who has spent thousands of dollars shopping online since we live overseas.
Unless your child wants a tiny, little bookbag to hold a few snacks or a hand-held video game to take on a short trip, do not buy this PIECE OF CRAP!
