It arrived on time and was very pleased that my daughter loved the designs that I bought. (i got her several One Direction items). It is not bulky and its just the right size we were hoping. Not too small but not too bulky or heavy either. There are two pockets in front and some pockets inside. Happy daughter=happy mom.
The messenger bag really isn't big enough for my daughter's books. She has to carry some because they don't fit which defeats the purpose of getting the book bag. Plus one of the buttons that holds the flap on has broken.
