Everest Luggage Deluxe Sling Bag

Everest Luggage Deluxe Sling Bag, Charcoal/Black, Black/Charcoal, One SizeI purchased this small, inexpensive sling pack as an alternative to the much more expensive healthy back bags sold by other retailers. It's exactly what I was looking for at less than a third of the price. The backpack is significantly smaller and less bulky than an average backpack, but will hold a small laptop or iPad, a change of clothes for the gym, and other accessories in a compact space. It makes a good day pack for a hike or "personal item" to hold items during a flight and then stashed later in a larger carry on in an overhead bin.

pros:

big, can carry lots/large items

cons:

material feels rigid and thin

zippers are not smooth. I have to use both hands to open/close them

the lid over one zipper is such a stupid design!

it goes on my right shoulder, making it "unnatural" to put on or take off for me as a right-handed person

not small compartments to carry phones and keys.

overall:

can be a good gym bag, but not great for everyday commute or tourism.

The bag is sturdy, seems well made, functional and looks good. The only problem is that it is not ergonomically designed for physically maturing/mature women, but flat chested individuals. When worn above the breast, its chafing on the neck, and below is just too uncomfortable and unflattering. If not for the strap design, its a perfect sized day pack for hiking, or a day at the mall. Its not a bad product, I just wished it disclosed it was designed primarily with children and men in mind.
