OverBoard Waterproof Tube Backpack, Black, 60-Liter
I was disappointed to discover that the shoulder strap assembly is held by Velcro to the bag itself and will detach if you load the bag with any amount of weight. I ended up Gorilla taping the assembly to the bag.
