Pichachu & pokeball School backpack with mini plush, Pokemon

I purchased this backpack for my sons 2012 school year ... He had been asking for it all summer... Even though it was pricey I thought he would really enjoy it. Well School started Aug 15th and By August 25th one of the shoulder straps completely ripped off!! After 3 hours of trying to sew it back on I was able to make it work. Now It is hardly the middle of October and the zippers no longer work. This is such a dissapointment and a complete waste of my money!!! This backpack is very expensive! It should be made out of better quality!!

My son loved this backpack while it lasted, but unfortunately it only lasted half a school year. As soon as I received it I could see that it was a "cheaply" made backpack. The zipper broke after a few months of very light usage of a 1st grader (he only carried a lunchbox inside his bag every day).

You can get a nice jansport for less and sew a Pokemon patch on.. This lasted maybe 2 months..zippers all broke and tore at the bottom yellow part.. Worst thing I ever bought

The backpack is super cute but the zipper keeps getting caught and there are a lot of loose threads that I am afraid are going to come apart. I'm not sure how long this backpack will last but for the price (and since Pokemon is so hard to find) we will make due

I always try to order my son something different for use at school, so he doesn't have the typical wal-mart backpack like everyone else, plus, Pokemon stuff is kind of hard to find. I bought backpacks on Amazon in the years before with absolutely no problem. This backpack, however, was not the same! This backpack is VERY cheap feeling. It looks cute, but within in one week of my 3rd grader using it, it fell apart. One seam busted completely out (and he doesn't even carry textbooks or anything heavy) and both zippers broke and we fixed them twice, but after that, there was nothing left to do. This is garbage, unless you are just looking for something to pack for sleepovers, I would not suggest buying this. This backpack had to be thrown away, and I never throw things away! But I couldn't even salvage this anymore. :( Shabby quality for something with that high of a price!
