It's a nice bag, but the hidden handle photos are deceiving. You cannot completely zip the case when the handles are in use. The zipper on each side zips only to the outer edge of the handle. A opening the width of the handle remains unzipped.

If you purchased the hard vinyl flip cover for your iPad this product is too small. The zipper is shorter than other laptop sleeves I have seen and therefore it's not easy getting the iPad inside because the opening is too small. I do like the design and will use it to store other items.

This is a really good pack, and an excellent value as well. First, the raised and channeled pads on the back helps with ventillation as well as comfort. The cinch or compression straps make the back very low profile when not carrying a lot of stuff. There is also a camel back type holder so the back can be used for trail running. the side pockets can carry water bottles for museum or sightseeing duty. It has an ipod or case and three front pockets to keep things organized. The bag is not very large. I see the uses as a gym or workout bag, light hiking bag if you have to carry stuff for your kids, an ammusement park bag as well or a work bag. Some bags do on thing good like being large enough for a college pack but this pack has many uses and can do them rather well. Also, the pack is made with recycled plastic water bottles. This is one amazing backpack. I absolutely love it. I like the fact the it has a really nice shape, it's not too wide or long. The color is a little darker gray then the one on the picture and it looks really nice!!!
We wanted a backpack when it came to the diaper bags. I didn't want my husband to have to carry around a girly diaper bag and we both have shoulder problems, making the two-padded straps ideal. The front flap-over pocket is nice and deep perfect for what you need to grab in a hurry. The interior is your standard straight down, open-faced backpack with some nice inner pockets for things you want to isolate like a binkie. Comes with a great changing pad conveniently tucked in the outside pocket (but it's covered by the front flap-over. We haven't put any wipes in the provided wipe container so I'm not sure how efficient that but I'm looking forward to using it all the time! Really a great product for the price.

Product is exactly as pictured and a good size. I can fit everything I need for my 2 month old and 1-1/2 yr old. When it's filled, it does seem a bit "boxy" and looks a little bigger than I would like on my petite 5'2" frame, but I needed something big enough for both kids' stuff. I like that it can convert to a back-pack style, and tried it out for a short time, and it was comfortable enough. The wipes dispenser on the outside is a nice idea and convenient, but it did not pop open when I pressed the tab. It was fixed easily by putting a small firm piece of cardboard under the plastic tab that's supposed to act like a spring. I purchased this diaper bag at a local store and thought it was a great alternative to it's much more expensive competitor. Bad decision! A couple of things:
Even though the description said it was navy blue, the girlfriend thought it was more of a brighter/metallic blue color like the picture. But in the end she was happy as long as it was blue. The picture could use a little change since it could confuse others.
I don't know why I have been asked questions about a Toy at the beginning of this review. The bag is of great quality and looks as the picture does. My little one loves the way it looks and we love the fact that all her lunch items fit along with a change of clothes and even a couple of toys. The water bottle pocket comes in very handy. The straps are of good quality and are not too big for my 4 year old shoulders she is able to walk and even run with the rucksack with not problems. If you are like me and your kid loves Dora this is a rucksack of good quality and looks great.

This laptop case is exactly what I was looking for and it holds my 13" Samsung laptop securely. The fabric is thin, but I like it that way because it doesn't bulk up my backpack when I tote it around. The design is great it gives it a bit of flair and personality without being too flashy. A great buy and I couldn't ask for more.
I ordered this duffle for a trip to China. Not long after purchase, the zipper pulls started coming off. The literature that came with the bag said it had shoulder straps, but it doesn't. Now nearing the end of my trip, one of the plastic wheel mounts has become torn, so sometimes the bag will drag. As soon as I come across a Samsonite store, I'll be asking for a replacement. I have to say this bag is not worth the money. Way too expensive for it to start falling apart almost immediately.

I just received the pack and was suprised to see that the zipper pulls (on the charcoal version) are red, something not shown in the picture. The zipper pulls are the cord type and each of them has a red aluminum sleeve (1 inch long) on its cord. I don't mind, but others might. They definitely stand out against the dark fabric.
