Velcro tab closing the top flap was cheap-looking, loud, and annoying; leather lining the top of the pockets inside was becoming discolored; purse was made of soft, pretty leather, but I had to be so careful not to set it down on the floor or ground to avoid getting it ruined = not worth it, needed something sturdier
