Eagle Creek 2011 Switchback Max 25 Travel Pack

Eagle Creek Switchback Max 25 Travel Pack,Red Clay/Gray,25-InchWe have been fans of Eagle Creek for years, so when my wife wanted the Switchback Max for an upcoming trip to Europe I didn't flinch (much) at the $350 REI price tag but was very happy to find it for $262.50 on Amazon. Express ship as leaving in two days and it was on our doorstep by this afternoon. All good so far. Opened the box and took our first look. I immediately noticed that cheap, lightweight, pot metal hardware had replaced the durable stuff of old. Heavy duty zippers gone... replaced with flimsy gauge. Still trying to stay excited for my wife, we begin attaching the backpack straps. As she does the cast metal clip that attaches the shoulder strap to the lower bag FALLS OFF. The stitching had flat given way. I was blown away that the quality had diminished so. Too late to get another one so my enterprising wife repaired the strap with her sewing machine this evening. I know her stitch will hold, but my bet is those little clips won't under 50 lbs. of standard weight. $350 and they go cheap on the hardware... amazing and sad. Sorry but my advice is go with another brand.

Hey other shoppers, I did a lot of research on which bag would be the most versatile option for me while on a working holiday to Canada. I chose the Switchback Max 25 as it could be wheeled, put on your back, the daypack had a laptop compartment inbuilt plus the Eagle Creek products have awesome reviews! I purchased the bag through Amazon and it arrived safe and sound to Australia. I purchased this bag because of the claims Eagle Creek made about its rugged construction and ability to withstand a rough handling. Sadly before I even got on the plane, the zip to the main compartment malfunctioned and ceased to seal correctly when I shut the zip. Before I purchased the bag, I made enquiry to Eagle Creek regarding the warranty. They said they had licensed repairers all over the world. Being that the zip malfunctioned as I was zipping it up to check it in with the airline, I thought I'd find someone in Vancouver to repair it for me. This is not the case. I email the manufacturer and after a long delay, I received word that the nearest licensed repairer is about 10 hours from me. I contacted the repairer and they told me to send them the bag and they'd take a look. As you can imagine I've just landed in Vancouver and it isn't practical to pull my stuff out and merely post the bag into another Province. I've been told the postage system is really slow here in Canada, so I am thinking I'll just make do until I am travelling through their Province, than I'll try get it repaired then. My point is I am disappointed that an Eagle Creek product failed me before I even left home however I do like the product I purchased and will persevere with it now, since it cost me so much and my trip has begun now.

I am 5 months on the road with this bag and it has a very serious design flaw. The daypack cannot be locked onto the main bag so anyone can just unzip it and walk away with it. You cannot put anything that you don't want to lose in the daypack. I had an old Eagle Creek backpack with a zip off daypack and it had a place where it could be locked onto the main bag. If I had noticed this before I left I would have returned the bag immediately. Other than that, it is pretty sturdy although it seems a bit cramped inside due to the frame for wheels. Beats carrying on my back though.

I have been hunting for a roller duffel since I borrowed a friends. I saw this in a store in Tel Aviv and knew it would be MUCH cheaper from Amazon ($220 vice the $600 in TA). I took it on vacation a few weeks ago, and it is perfect! The backpack chassis is fantastic, the zippers are great, it keeps everything well organized. LOVE IT!

I have had my Switchback bag for over 10 years. It has stood up to extreme wear and has endured many many short commuter trips . The smaller zippable back is perfect for my 13" laptop with room to spare for hand held luggage, while the larger bag fits comfortably in the cargo bays.

All in all"the perfect solution to traveling w/o having to check luggage. "

Crumpler The C-List Celebrity Medium

Crumpler The C-List Celebrity MediumUsed this to travel abroad with lots of camera gear. It is large to look at when you catch your reflection, but the weight settles very nicely and it is well balanced. I needed a bag with a good waist belt to get the weight off my shoulders while waiting in lines at the airport. Very comfortable.

Detatchable Wheeled Leather Laptop Briefcase

Detatchable Wheeled Leather Laptop BriefcaseGonna keep it short but let y'all know I had a Swiss Army bag before this that was decent but the handle was not well made (something that you will see on reviews all over the place about those bags) and had to get a new bag.

Well. I decided to splurge and go for the "image" of leather and have now not only gotten that but the quality of this Mcklein bag. This bag is awesome.

Well made. Excellent stitching, quality zippers, great (and silent) wheels and from what I can tell a solid handle.

All around I'm very happy with this bag and I gotta tell you the compliments from clients on its looks don't hurt my attitude toward it.

Buy one and improve your image and quality of life!

I purchased this rolling laptop case for my wife 3 months ago and although she's only been using it everyday for about 6 weeks now, the finish is coming off all over the bag. It's a beautiful bag when it arrives, looks very professional (she got lots of compliments), but my wife is upset because the brown coloring is fading in places from rubbing, and will come off instantly if scratched showing a black color underneath it. I cannot return it at this point, but would if I could. I can only speak for the brown color, I do not know if this is an issue in the black color.

Having said this, the bag is sturdy and very roomy, tons of space for a laptop, office supplies, papers, notebooks, binders, water bottles or whatever. She recently went to New Orleans and used the bag as her carry on (must detach the metal frame) and it worked perfectly. Again giving her plenty of storage. Zippers are high quality, leather seems to quality as well, my only concern here is the premature fading of the finish. I suspect her bag will look very used and much older than it really is a year from now. Good luck.

I gave this product 4 out of 5 stars. The leather is not that great, but it will do. Everything else about it is good. It detaches easily from the base to carry by hand or over the shoulder. It has nice compartments to hold all of your important papers and laptop accessories. The bag is a good buy and a good value.

Great bag...just like my last one; I loved it. Unfortunately, I'm returning it because they advertise that the laptop compartment is 18 x 12.5 x 2. It is on the bottom, but the top is rounded before your square laptop will fit. So you can carry it exposed, or you can order a different brand bag. Don't be fooled by the manufacturer's specs! Really sucks, because it is a great bag...very versatile, lasts forever. I've wheeled my old one through the winter streets of Minneapolis and Chicago on many occasions...it always arrived looking great, always held all my stuff...you couldn't beat it.

Want Detatchable Wheeled Leather Laptop Briefcase Discount?

I bought this case some time ago from Amazon. It was signifcantly cheaper than anywhere else retail store or online. It can be compact enough to remove from wheel base and hold over your shoulder with files and a laptop or expand to fit a laptop, a tablet, several files, chargers, gadgets, and gizmos or a laptop, a few files, and an outfit and shoes. The wheels are solid and have had their abuse. It fits in the overhead bin on flights. The only trouble I have had is that I sometimes press the button that allows the handle to go down into the case by accident. But VERY RARELY. Definitely worth the price and looks nice to boot!

5.11.56936 Responder 84 ALS Pack

5.11 Responder 84 Als PackThis is a wonderful bag that is packed with every EMS device imaginable. It supports all of my needs and desires. It may be large and bulky; however, it is versatile and easily manipulated into the Ambulance or scene we work.

This bag constructed well and seems to have had input from persons who might carry or use them. The bag has a spot available for a small O2 tank enclosed, Venous Access supplies, and Airway supplies. The Airway bag is a bit small to support all ALS equipment so I had to purchase a larger Airway Module. The bag is comfortable when having to carry it over your shoulder for some distances. The front pouch is large enough to support an extensive diagnostic module. I have been able to add an extensive amount of Trauma supplies to the bag as well. I would recommend this bag to anyone or any service should they need a well constructed and well thought out responder bag.

Kelty Tactical Falcon 4000 Backpack

Kelty Tactical Falcon 4000 BackpackThis pack is awesome. I initially looked at this pack for a number of reasons the capacity, the overall look, and the PALs webbing. There are two things I think would help potential buyers: I got this pack in Coyote Brown and it is difficult to find quality MOLLE pouches in this color (I ended up getting a few from Eberlestock in Ranger Green and they don't match but do off-set the coloring in a way that I find appealing). Also, I have yet to find more than two video reviews of this pack and I have not been able to find any that tell me how to adjust the frame in any but a very general way. Along with that, I cannot seem to find a way to remove the aluminum stays and had to bend them for about two hours to fit the contour of my back while they were still in the pack. These obstacles are easily overcome if you take the pack to an outdoors store and have them fit it for you, or if you happen to be very familiar yourself with internal frame backpacks. Overall, this pack is exactly as I imagined it, after doing the research I did before I bought it. It fits an incredible amount of stuff, although I wouldn't use it for trips over a week in winter or for ice climbing as I would need a bigger pack for those types of trips.

This backpack is not built as well as I believe a tactical backpack should be, especially for the original MSRP they were asking. Even at the deeply discounted Amazon price, I did not feel it was a good value. It would be fine as a "civilian-use" type backpack, but that is not what I bought it for, nor what it was billed as. Also, the fit-and-finish was not nearly as good as even the other civilian Kelty backpack models I personally own. The one I received had incomplete or torn stitching on the admin panel inside the back pocket, too. I returned it. It just had a cheap, Wal-Mart feel to it in general.

Buy Kelty Tactical Falcon 4000 Backpack Now

I got the pack 2 weeks ago and was very impressed, shipping was extremely fast and it was packaged well.

I opted for the Khaki color over Coyote Brown, because it was cheaper and I am glad I did, the Khaki color is not a light Khaki version, but a darker Khaki for sure, perfect for my liking and I am glad I did not spend the extra money on the Coyote.

As for the pack itself, I love the features and all the MOLLE compatibility around the pack, I have some extra molle pouches that I will be purchasing soon for this, it has MOLLE on the sides, back and waist belt (which would be a good place to put magazine pouches if you were carrying weapons, ammo and/or magazines because there is plenty of space).

As far as this pack being comfortable, it is extremely comfortable, it has very requited padding on the back shoulders and very generous padding on the hips, I am 5'11 and 190lbs and this could fit a larger person or smaller. There is an adjustable back plate so you again adjust torso sizing's. ALSO, I love the the top compartment detaches and doubles as a functional very well sized fanny pack! Everything seems very rugged and all the stitching seems quality, I will update this review if I DO encounter any problems with the stitching or if the backpack starts to fall apart for any reason.

As for what can be fit in, I have done test packs (this is a new pack for next summer), with the appropriate compression sacks (waterproof preferred of course) I can fit my mummy bag, clothing, food for 3-4 days, and accessories and cooking gear and of course with the molle on the outside you can attach more molle pouches. I can strap my 2 person marmot tent to the side of my pack as well as a sleeping pad. This will fit everything for a 3-4 day trek, maybe even more depending on how good of a organized packer you are.

I am giving this 5 stars as for now, it has everything I need and wanted and seems very rugged and good quality. If anything changes about that, with this pack falling apart for any reason, I will be sure to update this review to inform any buyers out there!

Bought this pack and took it on a quick 4 day 35 mile trip. It saw salt water environment, 20 mile an hour winds over sand, substantial rain, and quite a load of gear. Its spacious, well built, rugged and distributes weight very well. My only complaint is that it basically has one large pocket. However, MOLLE makes it versatile. Its now serving as my BOB until the next long trip into the Amazon later this year. Great pack for what its made for, unbeatable at the price of $125 $200.

Okay folks, so just to get a few things out there, I spent ten years, homeless. A third of my life. And I am very familiar with Kelty products, this one here is very similar to my old Kelty Coyote 4900, though indeed smaller. Which is exactly what I was looking for. An ok minimalist pack. But let's get right off onto pros and cons

Pros: this pack is built fairly tough, has good padding, and is easily adjusted, comes with rain cover and two tops one that's a removable fanny pack, and one that becomes the removed fanny packs cover.

Cons: there's no seperated sleeping bag pocket, no bladder pouch, but its bladder compatible which makes no sense to me. It is highly customizable with all the molle strips. But I'm still pretty disappointed about these cons listed. I'm wishing I'd gone with the larger Kelty Eagle. Maybe later when I'm planning my next three to four month adventure I'll buy that one but for now, this will definitely meet my immediate needs, guess I was expecting a year around pack not a summer pack and this is my fault for not doing more research before purchase.

Lassig Casual Twin Bag

Lassig Casual Twin BagI'm a bag/purse person. Apparently I'm a very picky bag/purse person. I have tried out so many diaper bags in my 3.5 years of being a mother. I've tried bags by: Skip Hop, JJ Cole, Petunia Pickle Bottom, eBags, Coach, Vera Bradley, JuJuBe, Carters, Thirty-One...I'm sure there are others. I've tried backpacks, messengers, totes... I feel like I've tried them all. I was beginning to think my perfect bag wasn't out there. I even had some custom made for me on etsy. Nice bags, but still missing something. I saw a different bag by this same company that looked promising. No reviews, so I was hesitant. I really liked the look of the bag, so I checked on a couple other sites to see if there were reviews. Still no. Luckily, one of the other sites had this bag. No reviews either, but something about this bag made me want to try it out. I ordered from a different site (I'm reviewing here so at least someone may benefit). I love it! I got the black with the horizontal pattern. It's big, but doesn't feel huge. In it I put: three cloth diapers, a wet bag, a package of those little disposable diaper bags, wipes, two onsies, shorts and underwear for my toddler, a formula dispenser, two burp cloths, two bibs, and the bottle holder the bag comes with. It all fits inside and zips shut. The side pockets I put an Aden and Anais swaddle blanket in each one. The top of bag can't be snapped when the blankets are in the pockets, but that's okay. Also, the side pockets are big enough to hold two bottles each. Very roomy! The bottle holder this thing comes with is very nice! It holds two bottles with a little extra room to spare. There's a pacifier pouch that is divided and holds two pacifiers. There's also a little pouch I'm using for a small tube of lotion, some hand sanitizer, and nail clippers. The straps on this are great! They stay on my shoulder nicely and don't dig in. I don't feel like I'm losing circulation in my arm after five minutes of using the bag (I had this problem with several bags, that could just be me though). The straps are long enough I can throw the bag towards my back and it stays comfortably, or I just put it below my shoulder. Either way really is good. The back side of the bag has a strap that can be use to carry this bag almost like a cross body backpack. I'm not sure the right term. That carry is very comfortable also. I hate cross body bags usually because they go right between my breasts and look funny (sorry!). This bag doesn't do that. The bottom strap was accentuating the extra pudge I had on my belly, but I just pulled my shirt over it. Still comfy, and the strap didn't dig into me. This strap is very long and adjustable. It does clip, but does not come off the bag. It adjusts tight enough that it doesn't just hang when not in use. I'm a person that has to bring too much with me wherever I go. This bag lets me do that! Also, it fits below my Britax double stroller in the tiny basket. Even with all that stuff, it still fits. I'm so happy I took a chance on this bag!

Maxpedition Falcon-II Backpack

Maxpedition Falcon-II BackpackThis is one of the most widely copied backpack designs. I am aware of at least 4 different brands that sell versions or minor variations of this model. There is good reason for this: the organizational features and overall design of this bag are great. I myself initially bought a copycat Condor branded backpack from a store after being impressed by the design, without even being aware of the Maxpedition origin of this species. Unfortunately, when I decided to "upgrade" to the Maxpedition Falcon II, it fell short of my expectations. In fact, to my humble taste it seems the student has surpassed the master in this case.

What's good about this bag (and its derivatives):

stays compact and keeps its rectangular shape

3 zippered storage layers with mesh pockets inside + hydration bladder pocket give you plenty of ways to organize gear

great for carrying flat items like books, laptops and other electronics

sternum and waist straps are removable (which is a plus on small packs)

Y-strap on top can be used to strap a jacket or something bulky outside the pack

MOLLE webbing for attaching all sorts of things to the outside of the pack or on the shoulder straps: bicycle lights, carabiners, storage pouches, etc.

the three storage layers can be compressed or expanded using straps on the side, so the pack is never shapeless

seemingly indestructible and water resistant fabric

What's not very good:

small, not enough volume for extended trips or bulky items

nothing is accessible from the outside as you are wearing the bag, unlike on hiking backpacks; there are no open-top or side pockets for water bottles, snacks, cameras, or other junk

the Y-strap, although useful, also gets in the way of opening the zippered compartments (but you can leave it undone)

a little heavy for its size

not a hiking pack in my book, more of an urban or travel pack

when full, the pack bulges out in a way that makes it thicker than it is narrow (hard to imagine it from photos, it looks very unusual) this is not bad, in fact I like this quirk, but other people also tend to notice the strange shape

Where this pack falls short of the Condor copy:

fabric is way too stiff and loud when in contact with something else

zippers are smaller and look flimsier

shoulder padding is less

less MOLLE on the shoulder straps = fewer options for attaching useful items there

stitches on the black model are light in color, showing off the MOLLE and making the bag look less discreet

loose straps and webbing, longer than needed, especially on the bottom (manageable, but why have to deal with it in the first place?)

there is a (second) pair of extraneous straps on the side which make it hard to open the main and middle layers (unless you keep buckling and unbuckling them, which gets annoying)

some really sharp stitches, especially on the carrying handle on top what were they thinking?

the hole for the hydration hose on top is closed with a velcro tab which is also very stiff and sharp right next to your hand on the carrying handle

because it is so stiff, it is harder to cram things into this bag than into one made from softer fabric

the small zippered pocket on the top outermost layer has a single instead of double zipper (really nitpicking here)

the Maxpedition logo stands out; I prefer bags without logos like the Condor brand more discreet and less of a theft invitation

I decided to buy the Condor by first playing with it in a store. I got this Maxpedition Falcon online, but I would not have bought it if I had been able to examine it in person and compare with the Condor version, both in functionality and price. (Confusingly enough, Maxpedition makes a backpack called Condor I am not referring to it but rather to the one made by a Condor brand.)

The Maxpedition Falcon II is a good pack, but in my opinion not worth the asking price given that you can find something very similar (and arguably improved) for half the price or even less. It just depends on what you have used before and what you expect. If you are not set on this exact model and look, try also 5.11 RUSH, Camelbak Linchpin, or something even fancier and pricier from Mystery Ranch.

Make sure you can examine the specific bag you want in person before you buy because there are wide variations in quality between brands even if they all look like this on photos (by the way, the selling point of Maxpedition is that they are normally very well put together) I know this review will be controversial because this pack has many fans, so I invite you to check out this and other bags in person before getting sucked into the hype found in online reviews.

All this said, I am being overly critical here of a great backpack. Most packs can only dream of being that well designed :)

I bought this bag in 2009 from an Army Surplus store for more than they advertise here on Amazon. Worth every penny. I saw it in person before buying so the surprise was not the lack of size, it was the ACTUAL size once you filled her. This bag expands in just the right way to make everything from 72hrs worth of clothing to my 15 inch laptop fit.

The bag fits fully packed under the seat of a larger airliner. The load is comfortable, and with the external compression straps I've stuffed the bag but also held jackets, a tent and a water bottle. The Molle attachments are great because I can add additional compartments, bags, firearm magazine pouches.

I've been on multiple deployments and even more travels around the world with this bag and I do not fear it will ever break. The bottom is a rubberized/coated plastic and cordura. It does not have drainage holes. However, there is a water bladder pocket that is great for putting things you might fear could be pick pocketed or you want to hide, and it does have drain holes in case your bladder ruptures.

I also have carried this bag on my chest with a large duffel bag on my back comfortably. On the chest you can look over it just fine, and move your arms with no restrictions.

The only thing that annoys me at times but it's not a con in any way is the long straps. They provide a lot of extra strap material for "larger" guys. I'm not one of them so it just dangles and I have to tie it off every where. But I'd rather have too much than not enough.

If you are thinking of buying the 2289 COYOTE BROWN MEDIUM TRANSPORT PACK copy of this bag DON'T! This bag is worth the little extra cash. Would you risk your $1000 dollar computer in bag half this cost just to be sure at some point the bag will break and most likely when you least want it too. Don't skimp on this. Buy the Maxpedition if you want to know your bag will survive anything you throw at it.

I'm going to buy a second just for a Bug out bag to leave at home or in the car.

This pack rides great. Very comfortable, even packed to the gills. It's my go-to day pack now, and hope to take it out on some 24-48hr stints, I think it's capable.

Like all maxpedition products, it's tough as nails. Buy once, cry once. Know that it's a piece of kit you can rely on.

4.5 because of the the price, but may consider five stars. Very functional, well-fitting backpackseems well-made. I could cross country ski in this bag if I wanted to, because it doesn't restrict my arm movement at all, I am pretty sure Maxpedition guarantees their bags for life, and it feels like it when you hold it.

I was hesitant about a "Foliage Green" bag, but surprisingly happy with the colormy wife thought it was grey. it looks a little greyish, green. The buckles have a definite greenish color, while the webbing is a little more towards beige. I don't know how else to describe the color.

* I added some pics to give you some better views of this pack.

Dakine Women's 74-Litre EQ Duffel Bag

Dakine Women's 74-Litre EQ Duffel BagLove this bag. It's very well made and rugged, with solid zipper and handles. Stitching seems strong. The design (vienna) is tasteful and feminine without being flashy. Plenty of handles and room enough for a long weekend full of gear. Travels well.

My husband purchased this bag in all black in hawaii and I've always been sad I didn't get one as well. It fits two sets of snorkel gear and other goodies. It weighs almost nothing and can hold a lot of gear. If you don't pack it all the way to the gills you are able to carry it on a plane with you.

You can't beat the warranty from Dakine and will take quite a beating.

This bag is big. A large duffel but could be used as an overnight as well. So cute with the flourish print and teal blue accents.

Sandpiper of California Three Day Pass Backpack

Sandpiper of California Three Day Pass BackpackI got this bag as a Christmas gift. I had never heard of the company, but I really liked the design(for the most part). Mine is the Coyote Brown version and it's 600 denier cordura. The bag has 5 external pockets. Now, lets move to pro's and con's.

Pro's:

-Big enough, but not too big

-Great organization

-Good color (it's not faded or too dark)

-Comfy to wear on long(er) hikes.

-Attachment points on bottom make adding a sleeping bag/ tent easy!

Good stitching and construction

Con's:

-No side pockets or side MOLLE points

-Not YKK zippers

-compression straps only compress main pocket

Overall, I like this bag for air travel, overnight2 day hikes, 72hr. B.O.B, or for school (if you want it for that)

Great bag. I have used it everyday for nearly a year, but a few months ago the zippers started to break and open up on their own. Not cool when you are walking down the street! Otherwise a great product, but durable zippers would be needed for a 5 out of 5.

Buy Sandpiper of California Three Day Pass Backpack Now

So I purchased this backpack locally and it is such a great backpack, I decided to come on here and do a review for it.

Color: Black

Number of separate zipper compartments: 5 decreasing is size

Pros:

4 of the 5 pockets have an organizational system inside that keeps things nice and neat.

Main compartment has adjustable straps so you're not carrying so much stuff, you can reduce the size of the bag.

VERY VERY Comfortable to wear (I have back problems).

Carry handle on top can be used to carry the bag or hang it up on a hook.

Every adjustable strap has a piece of velcro on the end of it to tie up the excess straps so they aren't hanging out or flying around in the wind.

Extra padding on the bottom in case you set it down on something rough or wet.

Hydration system feed through at the top (could also be used for headphones).

Zippers appear to be great quality and durable.

Cons:

-The only thing I could complain about with this backpack is the fact that string is used for the zipper pulls. I have had three of the 9 strings come off the zippers in my had. Luckily they were in my hand and I was able to re tie them, otherwise, operating the zippers would be very difficult as there is no other pull besides the string. I retied them and it hasn't been a problem since though.

All in all, I would say this backpack is amazing. I use it now to hold all my computer repair stuff when I do work on site. I would definitly, 100% recommend you buy this product if you are thinking about it. This is top quality and should last a very, very long time.

I finally decided that the idea of a "laptop" bag is obsolete, when I don't carry or need laptop padding (I use a sleeve, and don't always carry my laptop), so I picked one of these up at an AAFES store so far I am digging it! The black is 600 denier cordura vs. 1000 is fine for me (not like I'm going down range or anything, and I wouldn't feel right about carrying cammo). It's lighter and bigger than what I was carrying, and the shoulder straps are long enough to fit me (6-7, 275#). I also can see the zipper ties already coming off, but they are easy to re-tie, and it would be cool if there was a water bottle holder (or side mounting point for one)

This bag gets a 5-star rating for the roomyness and the fact it does not have a laptop slot in the main compartment. I bought this as a flight bag (pilot) for 1-3 day trips. The material is not quite as robust as I was expecting (I am used to Tumi and Victorinox ballistic nylon), but I also did not pay that price :)

I was also not entirely impressed with the zipper quality, but it is something I can live with. Already proven to be waterproof in a decent rain storm.

I can tell it will hold up for a while, but not sure I will get many years out of it. But, at $50, I am happy to buy another one when needed.

DURAGADGET Purple Ultra Protection Water Resistant Laptop Carry Case For Dell Vostro 3500 15.6", Ma

DURAGADGET Purple Ultra Protection Water Resistant Laptop Carry Case For Dell Vostro 3500 15.6', Maingear EX-L 15, Samsung Series 9 NP900X4B-A02, Apple MacBook Pro & HP G62-105DURAGADGET Purple Ultra Protection Water Resistant Laptop Carry Case For Dell Vostro 3500 15.6" and HP G62-105 shipping time was quite long but other than that its a great case and it fits in there real nice. zippers are very secure and the stitching is durable. plus gotta love the price and the PURPLE!!!!!!!

This thing doesn't offer much cushion or doesn't have much shape to it. It's also an ugly color. I say spend an extra $5-10 and get a good quality bag to protect your laptop.

I got a good quality Built NY laptop sleeve for my laptop after using this one for a year.

It kept my laptop safe from my notebooks and stuff in my backpack...but that was about it.

It really is waterproof.

Its an ok case, but Im not a fan of how thin and cheaply made it appears to be. Also, it was a weird size that didn't quite fit my macbook well. You could get a better case for less money if you tried looking.

Herschel Supply Heritage Backpacks

Herschel Supply Heritage BackpacksReally stylish, and really practical backpack for the college student. There's not a huge amount of pockets, but I don't really need them seeing as I'm only ever carrying around books, and iPad, and pencils. My only complaint is that there is no place for a water bottle, and I carry one around myself, but it's not a huge deal, and those kind of pockets would compromise the style of the backpack. Getting it here is so much cheaper than getting it at Urban Outfitters.

Boxy Backpack Diaper Bag - Misted In Marseille

Petunia Pickle Bottom Boxy Backpack Diaper BagI have this bag in a different print. The waterproof exterior sounds like a genius idea. What I have come to learn however is that it actually keeps the inside from drying out. And as soon as your little one grows up enough to always need a sippy cup, beware! We've had a few leaks from sippy cups and of course we keep snacks in the bag. I clean out the food but I just recently found a giant black mold patch where the inside never dried out! eek! I'm afraid I'm going to have to throw the bag away! I think the design & style of these bags is amazing and I loved having it, but now that my baby is a year & a half & I have another on the way, I'm learning how impractical it really is. The bag is also heavy and bulky all on it's own without all of your gear inside. I'll be happy to get a much more lightweight bag. It also doesn't have any "give" to the bag to expand to hold more if you need it to. I wont be purchasing another unfortunately. They are beautiful though!

These bags are really beautiful and I was so excited to get one with my first baby girl. It is definitely stylish, but completely not practicalvery narrow and deep and hard to store much or find things easily. I wouldn't buy one again or recommend to a friend.

Love everything about it! What I was expecting is what I got! It's a very convenient bag, not too big and not too small!

Fits everything you will need! I combined 2 diaper bags into this one, converts to backpack when you just don't have an extra hand. Not cheap and worth every penny!!!

I wish I never bought this bag. I admit, I got it due to the hype and it is very cute (different pattern from the one shown). I never used the diaper changing pad because it's way too small. It's boxy and bulky and so hard to find things and put in and take out. My $30 costco backpack is way better than this! The side pocket cup holders don't give so it takes so much strength just to get the bottles in and out and the buckles for the shoulder strap gets in the way. When I use this bag I just get FRUSTRATED. It doesn't hold enough and plus the shoulder straps are extremely uncomfortable, always slip, and are always twisted and never stay adjusted to the length I want them. Half the time I can barely get it closed and shut. UGH!

Skip Hop Zoo Pack Little Kid Backpack

Skip Hop Zoo Pack Little Kid Backpack, OwlThe backpack itself is adorable. I got it for my daughter who is in Kindergarten and she loves it. The only problem, and it is a significant one, is that it's not big enough to hold a single standard 8.5"x11" size folder. Which is quite disappointing for both of us. She really wants to wear it to school, but can't because her homework folder won't fit. If they would have made it just a couple of inches larger, the folder would fit perfectly and it would probably be the best backpack ever. That couple of inches difference makes it unusable for us.

If you don't need to fit anything in there that's as large as an unfolded sheet of standard size paper in there, I would recommend this backpack.

This bag is super cute and seems well-made but it is small... I bought it for preschool for my 4-year old but I would say it's more appropriate for a toddler sleepover bag or something along those lines. It is much too short to fit a folder and you'd have to fold up a piece of paper or art project to fit it inside. He loves it so I think I'll keep it but I might have to buy a different one for preschool. If I had bought it as a toddler carryabout bag I would have given it 5 stars for that purpose!

This backpack is so cute I can hardly stand it. But be warned that it is definitely a backpack made for toddlers, not really for school-age children. I use it mainly to cart around my 2 year-old son's toys and books in my car in case I need to keep him entertained somewhere but there is not a whole lot of room in the backpack.

I bought the dog backpack for my two year old son. He's about 35" tall and it's still slightly big for him, but at least it will last him a while. It's absolutely adorable and it's perfect for short trips. It holds a few diapers, some wipes, a toy and a snack with no problem. One of my favorite features is the cupholder on the side for sippy cups. I was initially a little worried about the material because it is so light in color. I figured it would be filthy in no time, but to my surprise, it wipes clean very easily. I looked at a lot of toddler backpacks before I bought this one and I'm happy with my purchase.

I love this cute little back pack. My son is 1 and we use it to carry his daily supplies back and forth to daycare and as a substitute diaper bag. He likes the bright colors and he knows it's his bag. We get lots of compliments on it where ever we go. It's the perfect size for a toddler and the straps are adjustable. It's sturdy and well made, and though it's on the small side, it holds just the right amount of stuff, (which for us is a lot since I'm an over-packer anyway). The name-tag inside didn't bleed and run when I wrote my son's name on it like most fabric tags do. The front pocket is great for the things you need more frequently like kleenux, and small toys, and it has a loop you can hook your keys onto. The side pouch is the perfect fit for a sippy cup. I so glad I got this; I just ordered the matching lunchbox and if I'm half as happy with it as I am with this backpack I'll be really pleased.

Two weeks after I posted this review, and after barely 2 months of use, the zipper for the main compartment broke. I was heartbroken. I searched everywhere for the receipt so I could call for a possible replacement, but no luck. I spent an hour trying to repair it, which to my amazement, I eventually did, but now I feel that it's fragile and I'm waiting for it to break again. So I wanted to add this warming. Do not over-pack and stretch the zipper, it's only plastic and will stretch and bend. Keep an eye on the teeth as you can see them separating and that is your warning of impending breakage.

I know this is made for little kids, but if I was the maker of this product I think that I would use a metal zipper for the main compartment as they are stronger and can take a lot more abuse than a plastic one.

I still love and would recommend this product, I'd just be a little more careful with it.

It's now been 9 months since I repaired the zipper and I haven't had a single problem with it since then. And, we LOVE the lunch box just as much as the backpack.
