Our 9-yr-old son really enjoys this backpack, especially since it's unique to all the other kids' packs. It is well-built, and has several storage pockets along the outside. However, this small-ish pack is a little difficult to fit larger items, such as lunch boxes and big library books, into.
At first I was afraid to buy this backpack, because there weren't any reviews, but I did anyway and my son is glad! This is a very nice backpack with a great holograph pirate on it! It came with a small sword and eyepatch and seems to be made pretty well. Haven't put it to the test with school yet, but it sure looks cool!
This is the fourth Sherpani bag I have purchased and I love them all! I purchased a bag with the same color and flower design to use as a diaper bag and have been very happy with it.

This ingeniously designed wire mesh cover encases your backpack or duffel, then with a simple cinch of the lock cable, allows you to loop it around any immobile object--I've personally used trees, street signs, benches, and most importantly train compartment fixtures. The material and workmanship on every component is top-notch, well worth the price point. While nothing can absolutely foil theft, this company understands that most crime is committed due to motive and opportunity; if you make the opportunity much smaller, you reduce your risk exponentially. A bag protected with a steel cable mesh secured with a bullet-proof padlock simply says, in a loud voice, "MOVE ALONG TO EASIER PREY" to the would-be thief. I've traveled all over SE Asia, Europe and Northern Africa with this as well as the PacSafe backback and hipsack, and am proud to say I've not even had an attempt made on my belongings (while having lost more than one bag in years past before I wised up to these). For some the weight may be an issue; it is nearly 2 pounds of dead weight to lug around. To this I reply: shave ounces elsewhere, where it makes more sense--pack lighter, lightweight rain gear, toiletries, accessories, etc., because the protection this affords is worth every penny and pound. As a side note, aside from urban theft-deterrence, the PacSafe also makes itself useful in many other scenarios--I've used it as a bear-bag while hiking on the Appalachian Trail, as a frame for mosquito netting in the forests of West Bengal, and as a great conversation starter in New York City.

Convenient to use but it has one major flaw. The apetures are just too big to keep all but the biggest items from getting taken out of the bag. You either have to have another big bag inside your outer shell with your wallet and smaller items inside or you have to get a little padlock to put on your exterior zippers IF you have a bag with a two zipper pouch. This is very nice wheeled backpack. It is in very good quality build, and the design and color looks good. However, it is bigger than I expected. I think it is little bigger for kids under 9. This size is suitable for high school kids.

Upon receipt of the item from seller on Sat., 08/11/2012. I opened it inspect the inside compartment. The inside zipper the hides the rod for the backpack to roll it. It has wheels. I requested an exchange from seller. Seller ignore my request.
I was concerned that this case would not fit my 17.3" HP laptop, but my worries went unfulfilled when my case arrived in the mail. My laptop fits perfectly inside, but with no room to spare. If you are looking for a case in which you can also store a charger, mouse, etc., then this case is not for you. It is only a sleeve, and only fits the computer, so buyer beware! It is not extremely thick, but does offer some padding all around, and for the price I paid I was pleased at how sturdy it is. I'm not the type of person to haul my laptop with me everywhere I go, but I assume someone who is a bit rougher and carries their computer with them quite often may consider a stronger case.

This backpack has space for two laptops and provides plenty of cushion. It includes a barrier to prevent cell phones or other wireless devices from transmissions, which can be a plus in certain situations. It also works well with the HP HDX18 laptops. There are better deals out there if you have a smaller laptop, but for larger laptops, I'd say this is the way to go. It's not excessively large or bulky, which is a plus. My husband and I were looking for a sturdy, backpack for his Asus Republic of Games laptop, 17.3 inch. The Asus RofG computer is fantastic but big, so not all backpacks would do. First, the Asus RofG fits! Second, the material is sturdy and well made. Good compartment storage inside and cool appearance on the outside. It holds a lot. The only suggestion my husband has for the manufacturer is to create some kind of strap that can clip across the chest to help pull weight off of his back. I love Alienware's computers and this backpack reflects the quality that goes into the making of their laptops and desk tops.
I like the neoprene feel to this bag, but I always carry my laptop in my backpack. If you were going to carry it in your arms, I would suggest a case with rubber grip pads. This might slip, and I don't believe it's impact resistant. It fits my 15.6" lenovo thinkpad perfectly, and the water resistance is a nice feature. I am satisfied with this purchase.
Not the most padded bag for a laptop. However, I can't really think of anything that I do not like about this product. I think it is a a great product so far.

I needed a backpack that was large and that could carry my macbook with a ton of padding. Well this wasn't it, the pictures are deceiving. First off the backpack is very very small, and the laptop pocket had no padding at all or let alone a trap to hold it down like most bags have. I felt like I wasted my cash on this...I bought this for a trip to Europe and didn't want a student looking pack. It arrived today and I must say, the quality is high and the appearance is very good. It has two main pockets, one lightly padded for a laptop and a second, larger one, for everything else. It has a smaller front pocket and two side pockets. It has a lot of room in both main pockets. The bag was really great and fits all my stuff includeing my helmet. It holds four bats really well but i only have one and it didnt really hold it that great. I just had to safty pin the buckle to make a smaller loop that would keep the bat in tight. The water bottle holder on the inside of the bag seems small but the extra bat side pocket works fine.
I purchased this to replace a sling diaper bag that the zipper broke on. I had gotten the first one for free and this looked very similar to it and was a great price. It is actually a little bigger than my original bag, so that is good, but the reason I went with this bag over others on Amazon that were similar was because of the mesh side pocket. I wanted to be able to use the side pocket for a water bottle or sippy cup and it is tiny. It won't hold anything. The "elastic" around the top edge is not stretchy at all, so it doesn't even hold a 16 ounce plastic water bottle, let alone my daughter's 8 ounce sippy cup. These things were easily stored in my previous bag's mesh side pocket, so it's a little disappointing. It's still an OK bag for the price and for what I wanted it for, which was just to hold a snack, a couple diapers and some wipes and other small essential items for quick trips out of the house. If you want it for holding books/stuff for school, it won't really be big enough for that. Expect it to hold about as much as a medium-sized purse, but not a backpack. And if you want to actually be able to use the side-pocket, look elsewhere.

I wanted a cheap sling that I could use for fishing so I was happy when I came across this sling that was cheap and Amazon Prime eligible. I received this sling in 2 days and was pleasantly surprised with it. I have started using it for school as well. I can fit a spiral and a book or a spiral and my Lenovo X220 in it but I don't think all 3. I plan on putting my tackle boxes in it while fishing and possibly by Nikon D5100 in there as well if they both fit. This bag is pretty good. Its durable I use it as a gym bag. The only things I don't like is that there is no release on the strap. Also the water bottle mesh on the side of the bag is to small to hold any sort of beverage. That's why I gave it 4 stars.
Fashionable but not too big or small. My son loves it. Fits everything I need and still is light enough for him to carry. Great product and arrived on expected date.

Once again Skip Hop impresses me. Quality construction and adorable designs. I bought these for my 18 month old and they were a little big, but in a few months they fit just fine. We have used these for about 6 months now and they still look new. No loose threads, even the decorative zipper pulls are still in one piece. The insulation lining in the lunch box isn't particularly thick, but it still seems to keep things cold until lunch time. I think this backpack is so cute, however, it is about 1 inch too small. My son has a standard size folder that he has to have for K3 and it's too big for the backpack. This was given to him as gift with the lunch bag. I feel bad that he won't be able to use it for school.
I had bought a Peg Perego stroller and wanted a matching diaper bag for it. The pickings are slim from the Peg Perego line, but my main concern was that it would fit the small frame of the stroller and the clips on the stroller that we're designed to hang their brand bag from. And it does. Although that's as far as the plus side goes for the bag.
This is the best computer sleeve! It fits a MacBook Pro 15" and protects it perfectly. The quality is great. Once my computer goes into this sleeve, I feel comfortable putting the computer in any bag without further protection. Love it!
I purchased this for my daughter's meep tablet. It looked real cute. Unfortunately the tablet (even without the silicone) was too big to fit inside. My 6 year old daughter had a tough time putting it in and a tougher time getting it out. If it was a little bigger, it would have been perfect. I give two stars for concept.
