While getting the job done to transport my iPad and other miscellaneous stuff, this bag was made of cheap material. The velcro inside ripped right off, there's a lot of loose threads that is leading eventually to holes and rips on the bag. For the price you get what you paid for, I wouldn't recommend this bag for long term use. Also the side pocket fits small bottles, nothing regular and again, is at risk to rip when you shove something in there. I'm already looking a new bag with better material and quality. Oh yeah, the iPad inside the sleeve inside wanders around and moves a lot, not secured in there. Padding on the back is decent but could damage your iPad if not careful. And the strap is one way.going from left to right on your shoulder from the back. Can't reverse it the other way, which makes getting the ipad out of your bag difficult while still attached to you. You'd have to take the whole backpack off to get to the zipper and iPad. Disappointing.

Ju-Ju-Be Packabe Diaper Bag

I really wanted to *love* this diaper bag but I think I only like it. It is a good size and easy to clean, and is not uncomfortable to wear. Things do seem to get lost in the bottom of the big part (the black hole syndrome I guess)and when carrying the back like a backpack and it is not completely full, the bag seems to fold in half. It's not a big deal but annoying to me. The front pockets are also not the easiest to get into. Overall though it's ok but not worth the price to me.

I have 3 children: 4, 2 and an infant. I have gone through 2 backpack diaper bags that have essentially fallen apart on me. I HAVE to be hands free and hate messenger bags slung across my chest since they slide off my hips and smack my kids in the head when I lean over to help them. I tend to 'overpack' feeling more confident running around all day long when I'm prepared for every eventuality.

The features I most like:

The amount of pockets I will need to carry around 4 water bottles/sipee's/bottles where ever I go for my large family, and most bags won't fit that much. I like the amount it will fit for the size it is I can fit 4 containers of snacks, my 4 water bottles, my wallet, diapers and change of clothes and it still isn't bursting at the seams. For me at 5'11" its very comfortable on my back and I don't feel a need to have padded straps.I like that the main section zips in the center so you can leave it partially open and not sorry about things spilling out. I didn't go with the BFF because the zipper was more in the front instead of the top of the bag. Makes it easier to get what you want when its sitting on the floor too.

Frustrations:

It really needs a top grab handle I'm thinking of using caribiner clips to hold it in backpack form since I rarely use the messenger feature and that way I can just grab the padded top section when I need to chuck it in the car I'll see how this works.

Side bottle holders I wish they were a bit higher since I often am carrying around 2 25oz bottles on the outside and have to make sure I shove them as far down as they'll go.

Other than that, I'm pretty happy with this bag I purchased it in the brown/blue combo (which the brown is much darker than shown here on Amazon) and am pleased. The real test will be to see how long it lasts.

A bit on the heavy side, and without the padded straps, makes it uncomfortable to wear for a long period of time.

Pros:

The Packabe is a really cute bag style, the Evening Vines print is lovely, and it is well-made. The material and entire bag feels very high-quality.

The magnets to close the two front flaps are a nice touch, they open and close pretty quietly (there's a small THUNK sound when the magnets connect to one another) in comparison to my Petunia Pickle Bottom bag that uses velcro and goes RRRRIIIIIPPPPPPPP!!! every time I open the bag.

Memory foam: the changing pad is nice and comfy for baby. The memory foam strap (only for when being worn as a shoulder or cross-body bag, not backpack) is also a nice touch.

Anti-microbial inside lining. This bag has silver colored lining, which I didn't think of as a very "light color," but whatever (they advertise as having light colors inside the bag to help you find items easier).

Cons:

I must not be able to travel lighter, but this bag is too small for my diaper bag use. I carry both diaper bag items and my personal items in my diaper bag because I don't want to lug around two bags where ever I go, so I thought this bag would be perfect. I was able to fit everything inside by taking out a couple of non-essentials (sunscreen, my glasses case). But I don't like that stuffed silly look, and it was hard to get things out when I needed them.

This was my main complaint: The pockets inside the bag were WAY too small for anything I wanted to put in them. There are pockets inside the "mommy pocket" and the pocket below it, but the only thing I was able to put in there was chapstick! Your phone won't fit in the pockets unless it's the size of a beeper. I didn't want to place my phone in the main part of the "mommy pocket" because my keys were there and would have scratched it up. Also, the pockets in the main pocket of the bag which are meant to hold wipes and diapers were also very small! I could not fit my wipes container in any of the pockets (regular Huggies wipes container). I was able to fit only one disposable diaper in the side pockets with it kind of scrunched up, but no more. We also cloth diaper most of the time so those diapers definitely wouldn't fit in any of those side pockets. I was really surprised how small these pockets were for a DIAPER BAG, although they would be small for a regular purse as well. After placing some small items in the teeny side pockets, the main compartment of the bag was small as well. I guess they didn't want to make the bag a HUGE backpack, but you are sacrificing useable space for looks, IMO.

I read about this before purchasing the bag, so I expected it, but this bag is HEAVY, with a capital HEAVY. It is definitely heavier than my 6-pound Chihuahua, I would venture to guess around 8-10 pounds without anything in it. It wouldn't have been a problem for me, but I did try to figure out why it was so heavy and came to the conclusion that the anti-microbial material is very thick (especially at the sides where the insulated pockets are), and all the metal hardware does add up. Like I said, not a big deal for me but some others might not care for this.

The accents on the zippers and on the Ju-Ju-Be labels. This was something that really bothered me, but it really is just a personal preference / personal opinion thing. In the two spots that say "Ju-Ju-Be" on the bag, there is a cheap metal star looking accent. On all of the zippers, there is a cheap gemstone looking accent with "Ju-Ju-Be" written around it in a circle. IMO, these accents make the bag look cheap, like something I bought at Wal-Mart for $25 instead of a $120 diaper bag. It really changes the overall appearance of the bag, as it otherwise looks very well-made. I guess they were trying to jazz up the bag a little but I thought it made it look like a young child or teen bag made in China and sold at discount stores...

The "crumb drains" sounded really awesome because I am forever getting smashed animal cracker or cheerios in my diaper bag and having to empty out the entire thing to clean it out. I thought the crumb drains would save me a lot of trouble! Imagine my surprise when I got the bag and saw that the crumb drains only drain at the very back of the bag, from the seperate changing pad pocket! Huh?! The changing pad goes in its own separate pocket on the back that lays against your body when wearing it... this is where they crumb drains are, not from the actual main pocket of the bag, where you would expect them to be. I usually don't keep any food items I want to give my toddler near the changing pad (eew, germs much??) so the crumb drains on this bag are rendered useless.

To make a long story short, I wanted to get a backpack-style diaper bag. After hours of research online, I initially chose this bag over the Petunia Pickle Bottom Boxy Backpack, because the Packabe was supposed to be "better organized" and easier to keep clean (the outside of the bag). After seeing how tiny the side pockets are in the Packabe, I'm realizing that it doesn't help with "organization" because I can't put anything in there! Along with my other reasons for being ultimately unhappy with this bag, I decided to return to Amazon (I LOVE AMAZON!!). I went to Nordstrom's to check out the PPB Boxy Backpack and I LOVE IT. Purchased it right away at the store, and on SALE, so it was cheaper than the Packabe! I purchased the "glazed" version of the PPB so the outside will still be easy to keep clean. If you are deciding between the two, I hope my review has helped! They also sell the PPB Boxy backpack here on Amazon. Also wanted to add, if you are not dead-set on getting a diaper bag that is a backpack, Ju-Ju-Be has some other very nice diaper bags that I saw in person while at Nordstrom's. I might have considered one of those if I was open to other bag styles. Ju-Ju-Be's are very nicely made (with the exception of those cheap looking accents).

I just started getting into Ju Ju Bes and I bought the Packabe only a few days ago. This brand is by far the most well-made diaper bag I've ever come across. The Packabe has a mommy pocket, that means no need to carry a separate purse. The organization is superb, it has just the right amount of pockets inside to keep small items from getting lost inside the bag. The Packabe does not look that big in real life but it is very spacious inside and can easily hold items for two kids or can be used for overnight outings. The Lush Paisley print is just beautiful. Ju Ju Be has the best prints, none of their prints look generic so when you are carrying a Ju Ju Be, it really stands out!

Sitka Gear - Bivy 30 Hunting Pack

I usually don't like when people write reviews without really using the product but there is hardly any information out there for this pack. So, yeah haven't really used it but I'll answer some questions some might have.

First of all, all the Sitka packs I have seen and touched are extremely well made. This one is no exception.

What I do know:

It has the mesh, seperated back panel like the other Sitka packs.

It comes with a rain cover, not attached, designed specifically for the pack.

No gear shelf like the Bivy 45 for use when loaded with meat.

No seperate spotting scope or tripod pockets like some other Sitka packs even though guy at Sitka said it did have that, not a deal breaker for me.

Side zip to main compartment.

Material is QUIET and soft.

Large pack but not HUGE like I thought it might be.

That should cover most of the info I couldn't easily find out about it.

Can't wait to use it, I'll post a follow up review after it takes some Rocky Mountain abuse!

The Update:

Sized just right(for me), enough space for a full day of hunting + an unexpected night out. As mentioned, it's extremely well constructed. I really like the way the pockets are laid out and there are just the right amount. This pack is tough enough to carry elk quarters but you won't fit much else in the bag. Only downside for me, no rifle carry, which I was told it had. To end on a good note, it is amazingly comfortable and the mesh back panel is just awesome. Now in its second season, I LOVE IT!

I got this for my 5 yr old son for v-day, he will love it. Item is exactly as pictured, soft, durable, right size for a toddler or small child. It will fit a few of his action figures or a little snack to carry around when we go to the mall or shopping. He just loves pengiuns and this one is a very good one.

This backpack was very cute. The zipper compartment wasn't very big inside though. You couldn't fit a book inside, only a few small toys. My nephew loved it though.

Official US Military Surplus Molle II Main Pack Backpack Rucksack Woodland

I recently had the entire Molle 2 pack and went camping with it for the first time, hiked up 1,500 feet and back and am here to tell you that i have had WW2 surplus packs that are more comfortable than the Molle 2 pack, it was only used for a short time and the plastic frame cracks very easily. I served in the Army and used Alice packs that were more suitable than the Molle 2. I also used to have the first Molle rucksack and it was much better off than the Molle 2. I would suggest not buying this pack and getting either a Alice pack or the first Molle rucksack, even a civilian padded pack is more comfortable. Dont let the looks fool you, brutal pack that has zero balance with any load and is only comfortable with less than 5 lbs of cargo. Hope this helps someone since i just went through this transition.

I thought this pack was comfortable. The shoulder straps are better than the ALICE packs. It has plenty of room with other additional items made for it that are great. However, the frame has much to be desired. For a heavy load this is not a good pack. There is a plastic frame that supports the pack. We used these in the invasion of Iraq. By the time we got back aboard ship, over half of the packs were cracked or in several pieces. We had to put in for an emergency resupply of gear to replace the broken ones. This will be a good for an easy weekend hike. But for heavy use long term, go with the newer military packs or even the older ALICE packs.

I really love my bag. I don't really wear it as a backpack unless I need my hands free, but it works well as a shoulder bag. My laptop, textbook, and paper pad all fit inside, and there are plenty of pockets to store pens or other small things.

Kenneth Cole Reaction Luggage Down The Lane Bag, Blue, Medium

I was excited to receive this piece of luggage for my birthday and initially it served its purpose for a good sized carry on. However, the first issue I noticed was that the luggage was tough to roll using the four wheels (much easier with two wheels) and more importantly after only five uses, one of the wheel assemblies completely broke off, essentially making the luggage worthless.

After reviewing Amazon's return policy, I noticed that my return period had expired which doesn't make much sense considering I only travel 1 to 2 times/month. After contacting Amazon customer support and sending them a picture of the damage, they promptly replied giving me the option of an exchange or refund on an Amazon gift card. I am very pleased with Amazon's support.

If the quality issue is resolved, I would give the product 3 stars. Going further, if the product is improved for easier rolling with 4 wheels, I would give it an initial rating of 4 stars.

Has enough size for a hole weekend outfits, it works pretty well and the fabric feels pretty good,spinners are the way to go now, perfect carry on luggage, well done Kenneth Cole and the best part its the price!

I bought this backpack when the free corded sack I got from a charity walk broke and I realized how much I had been using it. I only expected a replacement: a bit of nylon with some cords running through it shaped vaguely into a backpack, but this thing is amazing. The material and design seem insanely sturdy, it looks great, has a bit thicker canvas on the bottom for when you set it down. I'll definitely be ordering a second one.

But, the real reason I decided to review was because of the "Foam padded, ua branded drawcords." I read that in the description and couldn't believe they were actually including the type of draw cord as a selling point, but these things really are nice. They are about the thickness of a bic pen (or a bit thicker) and the padding really does work. I hadn't realized how much the shoelace like straps on my other bag had been digging into me until I replaced them. All other things being equal, these cords would still convince me to buy this pack.

This bag is the greatest thing ever. I got the Navy blue, white and grey one....it meshes well with my gym clothes. Its durable and it holds a good amount of stuff in it. I'm out in Afghanistan with it and been taking on all the harsh elements and not breaking or tearing. Its a must have bag....I recommend this bag to everyone.

This is a very durable bag and worth the money spent. I was looking for a new drawstring bag, had one I used for gym clothes and it started to tear and fray not too long after use. This bag is made of a very strong material, and has a front zip pocket with mesh pockets inside.

The bag is a great size, I currently have 5 books inside that are about the typical size of a hardcover book. The books fit nicely with plenty of room. They fit stacked on top of one another, and there is room on either size and above the books as well. Even with all of the books stacked on top of one another, the outside pocket still has room to fit items inside. There is also a small flap zip pocket on the inside top section of the bag big enough to fix keys, cell phone, or mp3 player, possibly all three together. It looks like a decent size but I haven't had the need to use it yet.

The only downside it the straps are thicker than the cheaper versions of drawstring bags which makes it a little difficult to close. Regardless once you get used to the straps there are no issues. This is a great bag and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I bought this bag to replace a larger gym bag that was large enough to use as a airplane carry-on for short / overnight trips; and I'm extremely happy with it so far. It has enough room for me to pack the following things:

A full-size/hotel towel, a smaller towel/cloth (2x the size of a large washcloth), socks, boxer-briefs, blue-jeans, leather belt, Polo-Shirt/T-Shirt, wallet, keys, spare-change, iphone, ipod, weightlifting gloves, swim-goggles (wrapped in a second sweat-towel/washcloth), travel size vanity kit, and a pad-lock... and I estimate that I could still fit more items (a pair of shoes or bulkier clothes if you live in a colder climate).

Some extra notes...

I read some reviews, and learned that you could re-tie the back-pack strings internally for a better fit and it worked like a charm for me. You get plenty of slack so it's really up to you how you want it to fit. I can wear it as a backpack, or I can sling it over my shoulder.

I also love how this thing opens and closes. Yank the cords to cinch it shut, and pry it open with your fingers. It's quick and easy, but still feels very secure.

There is an easily-overlooked, zippered pocket lined with soft felt material just inside the lip of the bag interior that looks like it may be suitable for cell phone storage but I just use the front pocket for speed.

My only (very very small) issue is that I like clasp my padlock to the bag straps for easy access (don't want to dig around for it). I haven't found a great place to secure it, but this is a pretty trivial problem considering I could just put it in the front pocket, or find another alternative.

I bought this for my son who is in 6th grade. He now uses it as his dailly backpack. It hung a little low on his back, but I was able to knot the strings from the inside of the bag. Now it's perfect.

When I first ordered this bag, I wanted it for my gym bag. I needed something I could throw on my back and go. I figured that it would be kinda small, like most others are. Well, I was surprised when I opened the box and it was big enough to put all my gym stuff in, and then some! It's roomy, has a nice front zipper pocket and two mesh side pockets that are so deep, it fits my water bottle and mixer very well. If this bag ever wears out, I'm buying another!

I had a couple of this type of bag before getting this one. The first had no pockets. The second had a pocket near the top of the bag and it tore from the weight of my cell phone. Finally, a well-constructed bag with pockets for 2 water bottles and my cell phone! The material is thicker than most of those cheap sacks. Spend the extra money!

I love the drawstring bags idea! This one is amazing! A little on the large size for my 6 year old, ( I have seen others that are smaller, so check dementions)but we both use it for trips to the park, the zoo, bike rides, picnics, just about everything. I really like the thickness of the rope cords on this one, very sturdy feeling to it, not thin and flimsy. The zipper pocket in front is a must for keys, wallet and cell phone, and what really sold me on this bag over the others was a very simple concept , but missed by most other bags... THE MESH SIDE POCKETS! PERFECT for just about any type of sport drink bottle/water bottle ( around 24 oz or a little larger, not the big gateraide bottles , of course) and it fits well and tight. The bag is really good. It uses a two cord strap/string to adjust the opening/closing. Also, its spacious, in reference to my previous experiences with track bags. Overall, I see it as a high quality bag, well worth the cost.

Jansport Meter Backpack Black

This is a pretty standard cheapo backpack with the exception that it's huge. This could be a promising bag at twice the price if they'd have simply increased the nylon quality a bit, used better & bigger zippers, and added a sternum strap.

As it stands now it's useful for travel in the 2-3 day range.

I would give 3.5 stars if possible, it's no 4-star item but it's still useful at least.

Nickelodeon Victorious Love The Music Backpack

The packpack arrived just in time. It is well constructed and exctly as shown in the picture. My daughter loves it. I had given her a Nickelodeon backpack before which after three years was still in such great condition that we filled it with school supplies and donated it after my daughter said, 'Mom, I need a new backpack this year. There's nothing worng with this one but I think I'm too old for Dora now." I hope this one does as well as the last one.

Very attractive and functional sleeve case for ASUS tablet. Received compliments. Design is nice, printed on both sides, not embossed; much nicer than just black. My ASUS tablet is in a Bear Motion Leather Case Cover (great protection, use as stand, also from Amazon (Bear Motion ® 100% Genuine Cowhide Leather Case Cover with Stand for Asus Eee Pad Transformer 10.1-Inch TF101 Black LL ) and thought it might not fit per dimensions, but it does fit snuggly in sleeve with room for microfiber cleaning cloth. My 3yr old daughter loves ladybugs and we ordered this for her to take to preschool in the fall. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it is, it is a lot more durable than I thought it would be and it is absolutely adorable. My 3yr old loves it and I love its sturdy construction that I believe will stand up to an active 3yr old. Magnetic snap closure is nice so little ones can operate it easily and you can adjust the length of the straps slightly which is nice. It is the perfect size for a preschooler, not too big but big enough to hold some things. It is big enough to hold a change of clothes, small toy and still have room to bring home papers and art projects. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a preschooler that loves ladybugs, my little one is now very excited to start preschool with her new backpack.

I bought this because I have arthritis in my shoulders and had to give up my nice Coach bags. I was looking for something dressy, yet something I could carry on my back. I was very happy when this arrived. It is a beautiful, soft red leather and I get many compliments on it. The quality is equal to that of my Coach bags, and this is something I carry everyday. I love it. Most backpacks are too cumbersome and not very classy looking. This one is class all the way.

I have a black Pacsafe Toursafe Sling/Backpack that I have loved and used for a long time. It has faded with age, the top loop has torn out, the zipper is failing, and replacements are unavailable as this item has been discontinued.

I wanted a new backpack with approximately the same dimensions, style and features as my old one, and Overland Sheepskin Company's Teadrop Multi Zip Leather Backpack fit the bill very nicely! The Overland backpack is a bit smaller than my old backpack, but that's a plus since the old one was a bit too big. The leather is soft and pliable but durable, and it is dyed a rich, deep black that does not rub off onto my clothing. The stitching is tidy and sturdy, and the bag is fully and neatly lined with lightweight grey fabric. The leather straps don't constantly slip through the buckles like the fabric straps on my old backpack did, so I don't need to constantly readjust the fit! The clip for keys is indispensable, as I constantly misplaced my keys until I put them on a chain and fastened them to my old backpack. The numerous zippered pockets are essential for neatly storing the various necessities I carry about. The bag shipped promptly, was securely packaged, and arrived quickly.

Unfortunately, neither of the two internal open pouches is large enough to accommodate my smartphone. It does fit in the inner and outer horizontally zippered pockets, though not in the vertically zippered ones. A conventional mobile phone would fit in either open pouch, but since I don't have one, I'm using the open pouches to store my mini flashlight and my coffee shop card.

I am very pleased with the company's prompt service and the backpack's high quality! Highly recommended!

Was looking for a dressy backpack purse with elegance. Searched through many of Amazon's choices. This was worth the cost. Recently during heavy rains the leather held its color. You can see the rain drops on the purse, but once it dries (rather quickly) no stains are visible. The length of the straps were longer than I anticipated as I was concerned given my size. Fits great. Lots of hidden pockets allowing my organized nature to have plenty of room.

This bag is exactly what I was looking for. It is beautiful to the hand and eye. The size is just right. I can fit my iPad, small camera and other things in the main compartment and smaller items in the 2 front zipper compartments. I put my cell phone and sometimes my wallet in the back zippered pocket for security and can slip papers or other thin items in the snapped back pocket. With all of that inside, it is still comfortable to carry without putting too much pressure on my shoulders even after hours of walking. It's nice enough to wear to work and works well with jeans, also. I look forward to traveling with this bag.

This backpack has everything I need whether I am going to work, on a vacation, on my way to the gym or out for a night on the town. The color of the backpack is subtle but cool!!

As a grad student, I carry this bag everywhere. Sturdy zippers and fabric (my last bookbag ripped by the zipper in two areas because of cheap material), designated padded pocket for my laptop, and endless pockets for organization with one for my Camelbak. For me personally, it was annoying to zip open my bookbag to fish for my keys in the past, but there's a great open pocket on the outside of the bag deep enough for my keys in which i can simply reach around with my hand to pull out without taking my bookbag off.

The only con is that it's a bulkier than expected, but I think the sturdy fabric just needs to be "broken in."

Very happy with this purchase!

Since the moment my wife gave me the weekend duffel as a gift, I have been ready to add another Leyden & Sons bag to my arsenal. When I saw the Roosevelt Saddlebag, I knew I had to have it (whether I needed it or not). I can honestly say I've never seen a leather bag with quite as much character and personality. I like to think I'm quite a character myself -with a very distinct personality -so the bag couldn't be more perfect. It moves seamlessly from work to weekend carryall to ideal travel pack. Spacious enough to include all the essentials and more, and just enough smaller than the weekend duffel to justify the purchase. The bag is sturdy and very distinctive. Not only that, but the option to wear over the shoulder or as a backpack increase its utility. It elevates and enhances any look, and goes with just about everything. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon Leyden & Sons, specifically the Roosevelt. This bag, the Leyden & Sons team (who provides stellar customer service), and the overall buying experience have left me lusting after the remainder of the brand's offerings.

The moment I saw the Roosevelt Saddlebag I knew I had to have it. If you feel that way about this bag, buy it. But before you do, let me tell you a few things:

1. This bag, when bought in the X-Large (as I did) is quite big. I am fairly average in build (Male, 6' 1", 180 lbs.) and I find this bag to be big. I bought it big so I could travel with this bag. If you travel light you can get away with carrying nothing but this bag. Your computer, tablet, dopp kit, spare outfit (counting shoes, most likely) and a couple Bible-sized books will fit in this bag with little difficulty.

2. The leather is peerless. I bought some leather milk to keep it fresh, and I get nothing but compliments on this bag.

3. The lack of breakable parts (zippers, snaps, etc...) was a big selling point for me. I wanted to buy a bag that I could give my great granddaughter/son (I'm 28). If I I take care of this bag, it will last until then.

4. I teach, and I can easily haul around 80 freshman essays in this bag.

5. The bag weighs eight pounds empty. Be warned.

Here's the one bad thing about this bag. It is so attractive, it secreams "I am worth something and I am probably full of things that are worth something". It's for this reason that I get a bit nervous leaving it at a table in a coffee shop while I use the bathroom, or when I'm in a bar and need a fresh drink. It's a very hard bag to leave alone because it already means a lot to me.

I cannot recommend this bag enough. And before you even get it out of the box, Leyden and Sons packs this bag with a care and attention that you find very rare anymore, much less on the Internet.

This bag is amazing. I can't believe they can make a bag of this quality for as cheaply as they have.

I bought a Fossil messenger bag last year for work for $140. It was a nice looking bag, but now, a year later, the leather finish is rubbing off, both strap attachments are breaking or have broken, and the bag has lost its shape.

The Leyden & Sons bag was $350, and I will never use another bag again for the rest of my professional career. You can tell by its weight and quality that nothing will fail on this bag. Speedo Performance Medium Duffle

I ordered this bag online because my local store couldn't get me the purple or pink in time for our vacation. It is a nice light weight workout bag. The zippers are extremely sturdy and easy to slide! There are 2 things I was disappointed with. First the color purple is much more vivid and pretty in the online ad. My bag is a very dull purple. The second thing is that the one I saw in the store actually had additional storage compartments under the large top flap. Mine does not have these storage areas. Now I have to carry a separate bag for my brushes, etc. Overall for the price I paid it was a good deal. It is extremely light weight and flexible without being without structure. There is enough structure so that it is not difficult to carry with a bad back. The expandable shoe compartment is also a very nice touch!

I was looking for a reasonably priced gym bag that would store my wet and dry clothes in separate compartments and this one seemed like a good choice so I ordered it from Amazon. Perfect size not too big but plenty big enough to hold all my items. I keep my workout journal and combination lock in the side pouch which is a nice feature. Overall the bag seems to be well made, double zippers are nice and I have had no issues so far after use of this bag the first week. It would be perfect if it had a separate external mesh pouch to hold a water bottle, but it does have a metal ring on each end so I can loop my water bottle with a clamp design onto one of the metal rings. Happy with the purchase!

Lots of space, significantly cheaper (at the time of purchase) than the smaller Speedo Performance bag. I don't have any complaints. I really like the two side compartments there is mesh on the sides of the bag so you can put wet stuff in them. One compartment is really long, so I put my fins/boots in it. I use the smaller compartment for my suit, though there is plenty more space for other wet stuff. Everything in the middle stays dry. The rubber bottom is a nice touch the benches in the locker room at the natatorium are always wet, so being able to put the bag down on the bench without having to wipe it down with my towel is great. Definitely worth the $27!

My daughter has had this duffle for a over a year now and it's still in wonderful condition -and we've worked it hard! As a year-round swimmer, she carries it to practice 5 days a week and shoves it in a locker. She loves how it has a generous side pocket to throw her wet suit and other wet accessories in after workout. She uses a seperate bag (Speedo Mesh) for her fins, kickboard, pull bouy and paddles, so I can't comment on this duffle storing equipment, but to give you an idea of what we've stuffed it with for meets: 3 XL towels, extra suit, two suit pants, a few tshirts, cap, goggles, ipod, and shower accessories. And it zips up! I thought for sure we'd have loose stiching by now on the seams or a broken zipper but the bag looks great. The quality is what you expect from Speedo.
