Great pack, solid, durable, all sections easily accesible, well balanced and comfortable. I do wish I'd sized up though to the 65+10 for larger expeditions. The smaller pack is fine for an excursion of a few days but I did have to use the whole 55+10 by the time I packed tent, bag, pad, kitchen, food, raingear and extra clothse. The 65 would have fit it all with 10 to spare which could be reserved for big trips.
I bought this to use for work and double as a day hike backpack. I carry a 5 inch ultrabook for work along with various electronics. Plenty of room. The first bag I received had a popped seam on the back of the pack but the replacement has been perfect. It also has plenty of pockets. The zippers are VERY heavy duty. The material appears it will hold up quite well. I have not used it for hiking as I plan on doing that later in the year.
I have had my backpack for a week and a half now and one of the shoulder straps broke already. It broke where it is stitched at the bottom of pack. I feel this is something a quality control person should really pay attention to. Not enough of the strap was caught by the sewing machine. This could had been a major safety issue if it had broke while i was riding my motorcycle.
Think nylon jacket material for this one. Very small. Child size. Good idea. Just too small.

I bought this in haste as Gooper doesn't make a bag this size and I was leaving for a raft trip in just 2 days (thank you Amazon Prime!). I would have been better off with a bunch of ziplocks! Cheap materials and poor performance in general. I wrote Gooper to see if they're going to make bags like this (I love my Gooper phone case) but they said it'll be at least 6-8 months before their new stuff is available. I'll wait!
My 4 year old niece is really into puppies. She LOVED this gift. It is so cute! The puppy head is the size of a dog's head, so it is not too big, but big enough to hold the books that are included in the box or any little treasures that preschool kids love to tote around. This would be a good gift for a 3-5 year old girl or boy. And the price is right!
My bag was better than I had anticipated. Even though it was my second choice, it has proved its worth.
Pros:
my 15.6 screen lap top fits just right in this case. the front flap is actually a pocket for accessories but I might need more room than what is there, would probably fit the charger and a mouse, wish it had a shoulder strap, but I probably have an extra around the house

Awesome bag, very sturdy construction. The description was accurate, I love all the features, pockets and straps you can attach almost anything to it and the side pouch holds a standard size water bottle. Holds a lot and yet its small enough to be comfortable on one strap, the perfect Man Pack. Shipped immediately too, I got the bag at my door step in only a few days! Definitely recommend.

I wanted a bag that would fit my Toshiba 17 (Satellite P775-S7368) without being bulky or overlarge. Price was not an object, but all the more expensive bags I found were just too big for everyday schlepping around. This bag was a good value (you might benefit from looking around there are better deals out there) and fit perfectly not more than an inch or so to spare and no wasted space. A couple of little things could have been better: No pull strings for zippers not a serious flaw, but these really help; interior pockets could be better, for example, it has a pocket for CD's (really) but not for eye-glasses; key fob requires you put your keys on the integrated ring, rather than snap on you own. I can't believe how adorable this backpack is. My daughter was so excited to start kindergarten with this. It's a perfect size for a 5 year old, and I have never seen another one like this.....love it!
I have been trying to order another one of these since Early 2010. As of the last week of June EVEREST is still out of stock. On June 24th 2010 they finally told me that they are due in late July. I will order one! I hope they come in early or at least on time!!!!!!!!
I use this a lot for when I go to work as it has enough room for everything I need after all being a lifeguard you do need to have quite a bit of odds and ends. It also helps for when I'm traveling as I used it when we went down for the weekend to Illinois to see my sister and meet her fiancee's parents. All in all it was great for both travel and for work so if you are looking for a bag for such things then this is for you.
I have a 17.3" laptop and a 15" laptop. They both fit in this backpack in separate compartments. There is even room for a change of clothing, my ipad, and all the charging accessories! I was even able to stuff a roll of paper towels and there's still room to spare.

I bought this for a backpacking trip through and while it was good for preventing someone from stealing my entire pack it had some major drawbacks. First, it was cumbersome. It took a while to unwrap, even longer to repack, and fitting it over your pack and getting the lock on took 3-5 every single time. I've never used one of these before, and the design made perfect sense for what it is, but I still hated using it. On top of that, it was heavy. For backpackers who are trying to keep their packs light this thing definitely adds weight. Further, although it would prevent your backpack from being stolen when the holes are so big when the metal is stretched that anyone could get their hands inside your pack and steal most anything but a laptop (which would've been too big to fit through the holes). Not sure if I'll ever bring it with me when backpacking again.

Not a bad bookbag, nice sized pockets and looks cute, nice quality. However don't try to put anything too heavy in it, might be good for the beach with light things such as a towel and book, definitely NOT textbooks and a laptop.
