We ordered this for my five year old after going through two other backpacks this year. It is very sturdy and roomy. And he loves it.

Bag Fairy Tail Happy Plush Back Pack

Happy's over sized head give the impression that the backpack itself is large and can hold a good amount of stuff, this is however not the case. Seeing that I would be using this as a Con goer and Cosplayer, the idea of having a themed backpack to go along with my costume was great since the costume has no pockets. The zipper is found on Happy's back, positioned just around the middle of his head to his lower back. Unfortunately Happy's head is nothing but fluff, the actual storage area can fit a Nintendo 3DS XL with little spare room.

The backpack seems of good quality, but the one problem I have is probably a one in a hundred case. The eyebrow above Happy's left eye is missing, the embroidered stitching is completely missing. Amazon was very understanding and gave us a 25% refund since I decided the keep the item.

Overall, not bad but the item itself is very misleading to the amount of storage space it actually has.

Except......

I'm not sure how other people are managing to use this as a backpack the reason I bought this was because it was convertible to a backpack. However when I try to put the pack on, because there is nothing holding the strap in the middle slot where you put the strap through, the backpack slides down and you can't put the other arm in the pack. (If that makes sense...)

I have a MacBook Air computer and it fits perfectly in this bag. It has an orange interior and is lightly padded. I fixed the strap to fit like a backpack. I LOVE it. It is lightweight, looks nice and is very comfortable. The strap is very easy to adjust. I will recommend this bag to my coworkers who just received the same kind of computer.

Wish there was a way to lock in the middle of the backpack strap but non the less great backpack. Recommend if you dont always like carrying you bag over your shoulder.

Britto Collection by Heys USA Landscape Flowers 30" Spinner Case

I did not use it yet on a trip. The case is solid and I am sure I will see it on the

luggage carousel. It is very pretty. I hope nobody steals it. My feeling is that there

is less room inside than with a canvas suitcase which has some give room. On the other

hand, the zipper on my canvas suitcase was ready to break. This has a very solid zipper

and will not break. Also plastic containers inside are very handy for liquids since you

cannot bring them on you carry ons. Last time I lost a good tube of suntan lotion to

the TSA agent. The lock is approved by the TSA agents which is good. The handle retracts

easily and it seems to roll well. They give you a nice cotton sack to store the case so it

will not collect dust. On the whole, I think it was worth the money because it is very

pretty and solid. If it had more room inside, I would have given it a 5.

The case fits my MacBook Pro 13" laptop well, with a little bit of wiggle room. The padding is more substantial than my previous neoprene sleeve, but it is not a hard case and it will not protect your laptop from hard falls. Surprisingly, it doesn't add very much weight to my backpack despite being slightly larger than my previous sleeve. For the price point, this is what I expected and needed. I typically carry my laptop in a backpack and I wanted a little more padding and protection from scratches. The only complaint I have is that the small pocket in front has a very small, hard to use zipper. Since the seam is so tight on the pocket, I worry that the zipper will fail prematurely, since you have to pull it quite hard to close it, and the zipper itself has a very small, flimsy pull. Other than that, I am happy with the sleeve.

Bought this for my son who is a teacher. He loves all the features and it holds all the papers etc. he needs it to. He uses it every day.

I like how durable this backpack is and how it has many compartments. What really bothers me is the construction of the straps: they have a very scratchy mesh material that rubs against my skin. For this reason, I always have to be wearing a tshirt, which is sometimes obnoxious when I am hiking or traveling, otherwise, the material rubs my skin kind of raw. For this reason, I am giving it 3 stars. If the straps had been different, I would have given it 5 stars.

I bought this pack for two uses: (1) For personal items while camping and (2) for biking to school. I just got back from the Boundary Waters and it held up very well the side straps are particularly helpful if you pack this thing full like I did. The internal plastic frame works well for keeping everything organized, and it's removable via a velcro pocket.

There is plenty of pocket space/compartment area in this pack and I'm ready to fill it up with books/my laptop this fall. I recommend this pack for anyone who wants a multi-purpose pack, and like all Kelty prodcuts it's made very well. My dad has Kelty packs and tents that have lasted 20+ years, I have full faith this pack will be the same.

Pacific Design PD0198 Pacific Design Action II

I travel frequently, and always have to carry my laptop. So I'm always looking for a better case. First, I tried a messenger bag. Result? Sore shoulders and a sore back. Then I tried a wheeled bag. Result? Lots of inconvenience when I wasn't actually in the airport. Then I tried a backpack. Result? Less inconvenience, but still the sore shoulders and back after spending a couple hours wandering the airport after check in or during a layover.

Now I've got this beauty!

When I want the backpack, I have it. When I'm tooling around the airport and wheels make sense, I have them.

And there are many, many pockets. Including one on the upper left that's just perfect for tossing coins, the cell phone, etc. inside just before going through security. There's even more than enough room for two Eagle Creek packing cubes one for the laptop accessories, another for at least a days worth of clothes.

The material seems durable, though the zippers may be a bit flimsy. And the watertight bottom is a definite bonus.

I strongly recommend this one, though I had multiple problems purchasing it via the marketplace companies. You may save some money, but I'd recommend going straight to Pacific Design (you'll find them on the web). They're a great company to work with, and if you do experience delays will honor the lifetime guarantee promptly.

Though perhaps not the very best product. I have found a few loose seams, but overall it is a nice quality. It is large and has plenty of nice pouches.

I purchased this backpack so that I could easily bring my 17.3" laptop and all of my tools and utilities with me as I went from customer site to customer site. It worked quite well at first, but after a couple of months I noticed some of the seams coming undone. Several times I had to have the pack repaired and completely gave up on it after about a year. The fabric is very strong and has no problems with the elements, but the seams are poorly designed thus causing the entire product to fail.

I bought this product a couple months ago. Initially I was very pleased: A lot of room and pockets, fit my big 'ol laptop.

However in the past month its really started falling apart. I'll admit that I'm rough on my bag, but I bought this one expecting durability. The plastic strap clips are busting on me and the telescopic handle just popped off on me when I rolled it over an indentation.

Three weeks ago it would have gotten four or five stars (four because I'm not crazy about the sickly gray color of it). Now two, because i did get a couple months of rough use out of it, but i just expected more.

Trail Maker Bungee System Outdoor Backpack/ Sports Bag/ Student School Backpack - 2 Color Options

My son has been using this backpack for about a month now for school (kindergarten). It is an excellent bag for the price, and seems to be well made. It is quite large and fits his folder, library books, lunch, and jacket. Zippers work well. So far no problems whatsoever with this bag, and my son finds it very comfortable to wear.

EDIT: The zipper did break on this bag after about one school year of use, but for the price paid, I'm still pretty pleased with this bag. Now that my son is older I've gotten him a better quality Jansport bag, but for young kids who still might lose their bag, etc., this is not a bad deal.

I was meant to buy a cheaper school backpack and didn't expect a $9.99 backpack could have this high quality! It's good looking and practical, no problem with heavy books and stuffs. I think it'll last long!

I have had mine just over a month and one of the plastic strap adjustments completely broke apart. It was only than did I realize how thin the plastic is. This bag never was very full so the weight should not have effected it. I noticed it happened when i was adjusting the length of the strap. Very displeased with the product and would not buy again!

update: 2/10 I have had this bag now since august I still use it becuase I"m to cheap to buy a new bag, but now i'll be forced to as the bottom of the bag is wearing out way too fast. Avoid this bAG!

Bought the Trail Maker Bungee Backpack on Amazon for Fall Quarter and so far I'm pretty happy with it. It's big enough for my text books and miscellaneous school gear, but also small enough to make sure I don't over pack it with useless crap that will just get lost at the bottom. It would be even better, though, if there was more padding in the back portion so my binder/text book/what-have-you didn't dig into the small of my back.

WB Road Trip Scooby Doo mini backpack - My first adventure small backpack

After just a few weeks of use the handle at the top tore on one side and isn't usable anymore. It's not that big so nothing heavy ever went into it. He was very upset about it.

This backpack does NOT have padded sholder straps. Meaning the roughly 1 inch nylon you expect to be below the padding to adjust the length of a strap, that stuff makes up the whole length of the sholder straps. However, the picture on the front is adorable, and raised on the backpack which makes it a fun texture for a toddler. Unlike some of the other Scooby backpacks the picture is friendly and positive. All the stitching looks good, though we havn't started using it yet but if you are ordering this for your a toddler in preschool, be aware you're going to have to sew some padding on the straps yourself. An inconvenience, but reasonable when you're paying less than $16 for a Scooby Doo trademark item. And fulfilled by amazon, which means you can expedite the shipping if you need it for the start of school like we did. I'm learning not all sellers offer that to all places. All in all not our first choice, needs a little customizing, but not a bad backpack. And amazon totally saved the day with the expediated shipping when no one else would to Hawaii. I guess money can't buy everything after all, lol.

Piel Leather Large Buckle- Flap Backpack

The leather is thick, but buttery soft and the saddle shade is warmest cognac. My 17 inch notebook fits inside with room to spare and there's a cell phone pocket on the side. The only con is I wish there were more holes on the straps, so they could be made shorter. That's easy enough to remedy, I suppose. I fully expect this bag to last a lifetime.

I have owned this bag for a year. I have used it for work and travel. Large enough to use for a long weekend away or running errands around town. Several people have commented on the quality of this rucksack.

I know some gave poor reviews for this product fitting the ibook. I own a powerbook 12" g4 so i got it because the positive reviews said it would fit well with it. And true enough, it fits very well. I bought a 12" Powerbook back in 2004 and did not buy a case at the time. I recently decided I would like one and tried to pick one up at the Apple store. Per the packaging, the case I bought was compatible with my 12" Powerbook. In reality, it was designed for the 13" Macbook so my 12" computer was very loose inside the case and slid around everywhere.

This case is designed for the 12" model so it fits like a glove. The added pocket is a great extra feature as well to put the power cord, extra battery etc. This is THE option for your 12" Powerbook.

I have been using this product for 5 years now. It has stretched to accommodate the different sized laptops I've had. The material is thick, the zipper has never gotten stuck, and the front pocket is great for holding dvds or jump drives.

Spiderman Large Backpack

I purchased this backpack for my five year old son, and he loves it. The photo does not do it justice. If your child likes Spiderman, then, he or she will like this bag. As for me, I like that is seems to be sturdy and made with quality materials. I think it will last quite some time, especially for a child who does not need to carry heavy loads. Also, the larger front compartment (with the Spiderman image) has small pockets for pencils, markers, notes, etc.

This Stephen Joseph Boys 2-7 Go-Go Bag, Pirate, is super cute and durable. My problems are (1) it does not fit a standard binder and (2) the straps could use a little padding or could be wider for comfort. The real deal-breaker for me is the fact that a binder won't fit because the top of the bag is too narrow to zip around it. So my preschooler takes his stuff to school in a half-closed backpack, and his school binder is getting chewed up by the zipper. If they changed the size a bit, I would by another for next year. The straps...I mean you can always pad them after purchase. But the actual bag size...that's a deal breaker.

Worst backpack ever. Very bad quality. Please do not purchase it. The zipper broke. The straps broke. The vinyl broke.

Samsonite Leverage Laptop Backpack

I bought this bag to replace my Targus Groove bookbag, after giving it to my little brother. This bookbag does not have the usual small pockets in front or on the side, but trust there are plenty of interior pockets, compartments, and dividers to suit your business and personal use.

This is a Samaonite bag, which initially tells me it is built for travel. I am a accounting consultant that travels weekly. The material feels durable, especially the leather handle at the top. The dividers may not be considered useful to someone buying this bag for personal use, but the bag is HUGE on the inside so anyone can make it work.

The straps are very strong. I'm 6'5" and the straps don't seem short as noted in reviews of other Samaonite bags.

There is a zipper pocket at the top for mp3, cellphone, or anything moderately sized. I keep my phone and headphones in that pocket to give me quick access when I'm at a cruising altitude.

The laptop compartment comfortably fits my dell 15.6" laptop. I like the bubble shaped cushion in the laptop compartment. There is also a lot of cushion on the part of the bag that rest against your bag.

I highly recommend this bag. If I find and cons I will update this review.

This laptop backpack is perfect for macbook pro 15' and 13'. I find it extremely easy to use in travelling.
