Very durable and heavy-duty. I use it as a diaper bag and love all of the pockets. The bag appears to be very well made, the stitching and the zippers seam as if they will last a long time. Great bag!

ALPS OutdoorZ Crossbuck Day Pack

ALPS OutdoorZ Crossbuck Day PackI'd been the proud owner of a Fieldline Waist pack with a shoulder harness for the past three years, but it just wouldn't hold all of my hunting gear! I was tired of having to rotate things in and out for bowhunting versus gun-hunting trips because I always managed to leave something important behind. You'd be surprised at how hard it is to shoot a bow without a release and a gun without bullets! My challenge was that I also needed a bag that would easily pack onto my climbing stands for transporting it all in the woods as quickly and quietly as possible.

I found my solution in the Alps Outdoorz Crossbuck pack. It's a great mid-sized day pack that was perfect for what I needed it for. It provides the size, mobility and organization I need to carry all of my hunting gear with me everytime I go and easily access it from 25 feet up a tree when I need it.

The Crossbuck offers 2080 cubic inches of space, which compares to a The The North Face Jester Backpack if you are unfamiliar with bag sizes. It has one large main compartment and one front accessory pocket in the front which offers dividers for keeping up with smaller items. There's also a smaller pocket in front of it with a magnetic closure that is great for holding things you'll need quickly like a map or a range finder. It also has mesh pockets on each size that are the perfect size for Nalgene bottles or quick-access gear like a saw or knife. I was very pleased with the six compression straps that allowed me to not only snug down my pack so it didn't make any noise on the hike, but also allows me to attach other packs and pouches. I attached my Snugpak Response Pack which I can detach and carry by itself if I need to. I also attached my Gerber 31-001092 Myth Fixed Blade Knife and my Bushnell Range Finder. The zippers all offered oversized pulls that were easy to operate even at freezing temperatures wearing gloves.

The only thing I thought this pack left to be desired was gel padding in the shoulder straps. Don't get me wrong, the padding on the shoulder straps was sufficient for the amount of weight it carried, and I would normally be strapping it to my climber so the straps would be irrelevant anyway. But, after wearing a North Face pack the entire time I was in college loaded with "learning" books, I really missed that comfort the gel straps offered.

The two great things about the pack I loved where the sternum strap and the back pad. The sternum strap is what ensured it wasn't going to slip off my climber during the hike in, and the back pad kept it from making a lot of noise. It also helped with the comfort when I had it weighted down and not packing the climber. When I got to my perfect tree, I would wear the pack as a climbed and then attach my safety harness to the tree. After that I would screw in a gear hook to hang my pack in arm's length. Then I would remove my bow hanger from the pack and screw it in the tree higher than the pack. After that I was ready to pull up my bow and sit and wait for the swamp donkey prepared and in comfort.

So, if you're looking for an inexpensive pack that's tough and allows you to stay organized and prepared, the Alps Outdoorz Crossbuck Pack is the one for you. It is available in Realtree AP and Mossy Oak Break-Up Infinity.

It is functional for what I need. I teach so I carry paperwork with me. I wish it had more pockets but it does well at serving its purpose

Oakley Men's Base Load Pack Backpack

Oakley Men's Base Load Pack Backpack,Rhone,One SizeI bought this bag for my 3rd grader and it is perfect. From the moment he opened the box when it was delivered, he loved everything about it: the design, the colors, the size. It is a big enough bag if your child has binders and textbooks to put in it. It also has front and side pockets. The side ones are the exact right size for water bottles. It seems to be well made, after a month of being used on a daily basis, there is no evidence of wear and tear at all.

This is a great product and I highly recommend it and the seller. I got this product for my son who is in high school and it can hold the weight of all his books.

Glo Bag: Ladies Gym Locker Organizer Bag in Lime Green

Glo Bag: Ladies Gym Locker Organizer Bag in Lime GreenI purchased the bag as a reward for getting back to the gym. The three-shelf system does a great job of separating items in the bag to keep everything at hand and to keep stinky shoes separate from clean clothes. What isn't as easy to see from the website or description is that there are hard board inserts to make each shelf stable. Each shelf also has snaps to keep is steady if you don't use the boards. I also purchased the optional toiletries bag and now use that toiletries bag for not just my gym needs but for any traveling. I keep it fully stocked for weekend trips all the time and it doesn't add any additional bulk to the GLO bag when I throw it in for the gym.

Despite the initial appearance that it's a small bag, it is deceptive. I want to add that I am a plus-sized woman and go to the gym after work. My larger-woman work clothes (sweaters and slacks) still fit in the bag as well as my low heels (winter boots won't fit). Adding a towel and shower wrap makes it really tight, but I can still fit it all in. I imagine smaller people have tons of room for their clothes. Also, even when it's crammed full, it's still easy to carry on my back without being heavy. I only use one strap (ala college) and the design of the bag actually keeps it flat against my back, even with just the one strap making it even easier to carry.

The side pockets are nice. I can keep headphones and my gym lock in one and the mesh pocket holds a standard-sized water bottle (after finagling for a second). The cell-phone holder is useless. Not even my old slim tiny flip phone fits into, much less ANY phone currently on the market certainly not my new iPhone, even without the case. The zippers came with little GLO tabs, but they all fell off within a week (found them in my garage, office floor, gym locker, etc.). Zippers still work fine, though.

Despite the cost of this bag, I still love it. I wish it came in a red or more vibrant color, but I think it is totally worth it!

This is a great idea for a bag. It fits a lot of items. The only reason I gave it 4 vs. 5 stars is because the straps add some bulk to the width and I have to shove it in and wiggle it out of a Planet Fitness locker. Otherwise it is great.

Purchased for a gym bag. The little shelves are perfect for organizing gym items. Glad to discover the bag DID fit in the locker at the 'Y'. The shoe shelf does work with plenty of room. I purchased the cosmetic bag with this and can get all my traveling items in it. Perfect for a weekend to see the grandkids!

LEGO Ninjago Future Backpack (RED)

LEGO Ninjago Future BackpackWow...the other more popular Ninjago back backs are so thin compared to this one. This backpack will last a few YEARS if Ninjago stays popular. I received it and I was SOOO impressed. Highly recommend...

My son has thrown this around now for 2 years. My only problem was that the photo advertised showed the lunch box attached. I assumed for the money I paid that I was receiving both.....after I only received the backpack, I saw in small small letters that they are sold separately. Had I paid enough attention, I would not have spent the money. A back pack is a back pack, however, my son is the only one in school with this. So, I do like that I can spot him easily. haha I also like that he is getting used to being an individual.

Wizards of Waverly Place Backpack Plum Tan Peacock Feather

Wizards of Waverly Place Backpack Plum Tan Peacock Featherhad to wait for this item due to a roommate confused about my travel plans but when I asked about it we got it resolved. This is perfect for my 5'7 frame and best for me to use as my "personal item" when I go flying. Considered this item while I was PR with a daughter but lost the pregnancy... I can carry this easy and the materials are fine like the previous ones only difference is one compartment on the outside instead of two. I am really appreciative for getting this item in good shape after the way I had to look for it if I use it for any children in the future I'm sure it will do fine. It can carry my laptop or tablets easily along with writing supplies, home improvement materials, formula, books papers and anything else I choose to put in it like medical supplies pens paper toys and games all that. If I store it in a closet it may get musty so usually hang up or keep on a bureau. Just a tip. Big thanks to the seller for working hard to get this to me fast I sure needed it.

Alchemy Goods Haversack Messenger Bag, Made from Recycled Bike Tubes

Alchemy Goods Haversack Messenger Bag, Made from Recycled Bike Tubes, SilverI have had 5 of these bags and I absolutely love them. The first one I got was years ago and I finally had to retire it completely because I snagged it and ripped it beyond repair. But it lasted about 5-6 years with everyday use. I'm outside all day everyday and it was great in the heat, the rain, the snow. You name it, it handled it! When it got dirty, all you have to do is wipe it down with a damp paper towel. And that's for both the inside and the outside. I've given these as gifts for friends and they love it too! And it's made from recycled materials which is even better.

bought this for my best friend's birthday, and it was a huge hit. the bag is much bigger than i thought. i almost got her the bigger verson of this, but im so glad i didnt! the other one must be the size of a small suitcase or weekend type of bag, becuase this bag is plenty big for everyday where. you can easily put everything you would need for the day in it. great purchase!

Read Best Reviews of Alchemy Goods Haversack Messenger Bag, Made from Recycled Bike Tubes Here

I bought this bag to use on a vacation where I would be on foot for a few days in downtown Vancouver BC. The materials make it lightweight, basically waterproof and very well made. I could see this bag lasting a very long time.

The bag is compact enough to easily set next to you when eating lunch and since it is essentially made of rubber it is very easy to clean.

I was able to comfortably store a camera, my Nexus 7 tablet, cell phone, a bottle of water and still had space for small purchases made throughout the day. It has a large front flap on the front and I've had bags where that annoyed me in the past but it didn't bother me here. I barely noticed it it was very easy to get in the bag, grab my camera, snap a few photos, and toss it back in.

The strap is very comfortable on your shoulder as well that fact that is was made from a recycled seat belt strap probably has something to do with that!

I liked the bag so much that I now use it everyday at work and would gladly purchase other products from Alchemy Goods again.

Want Alchemy Goods Haversack Messenger Bag, Made from Recycled Bike Tubes Discount?

Alchemy Good's Haversack Is A very very cool option for those who would like a messenger-esque bag or something a little smaller.

As always the bag features Alchemy Goods superb innertube shell, and a large overflap that is waterproof, yes I really mean waterproof,

I have walked in a torrential downpour in NYC for 15 blocks with work documents/Nook Tablet/Galaxy Note in my bag and not a single drop of water got on ANYTHING.

I really love how the bag has great depth so it can store a ton of stuff, like a tablet, camera, and bottle of water.

The additional inner zip pocket under the flap is well protected from the elements and can hold a whole 7 inch tablet, umbrella, etc

The elongated shape is unique and makes for a totally different fashion piece, and the piping accent tone is a nice touch.

The haversack is super light and the design of the bag rests comfortably against your lower back even when laden.

This is another bag my girlfriend has stolen and basically kept as her purse, she loves how good it looks and how much it can store.

You'll get a lot of wear out of this bag, as the innertubes hold up to quite the beating, plus if anything happens Alchemy goods awesome staff will help you repair it or cover it under the lifetime warranty.

Truly a stellar small bag that's great for the city or even when you're hiking

BFM-BLR: Boa Flow M Black Red Backpack (Fits 13-17 Mac)

BFM-BLR: Boa Flow M Black Red BackpackBooq is known for their high quality (and pricey) laptop bags & backpacks and the Boa Flow M does not disappoint. This is the finest laptop bag/backpack I have ever owned and I've only had it for a couple days. There is plenty of room & compartments for whatever you need to carry, the bottom front compartment will hold a DSLR with an attached 18-250MM lens comfortably. When you put something of this size in that compartment it will result in a large "hump" inside the main compartment, but you can still put a lot in there, take the camera out and collapse the "hump" (it has an adjustable velcro strap) and you have a fairly level setting inside the roomy main compartment which is lined with pockets along it's walls. The laptop compartment is nice and snug and protects the laptop extremely well. It will fit any sized MacBook and MacBook Pro laptop as advertised which was major buying point for me as I currently use a 15" MBP but and looking to upgrade to a 17" MBP at some point. Another great feature about this backpack is how comfortable it feels on your back, the engineering of this thing is incredible, plus while being big enough to carry whatever you need it's not so big that you will feel overwhelmed by it, it's "just right" in my opinion. The only thing I don't like about this backpack is that it will not stand up on it's own (with a modest compliment of equipment in it), you will have to lean it against something or let it lie flat.

Overall I would recommend this to anybody, yeah it's expensive but you get what you pay for and this bag is well worth the money.

School:

When I dropped 200 bucks on this backpack I was just planning on using it as a school textbook + 15" MBP carrier. When I received it the backpack was actually much larger than I expected, and I found the paddings inside the main compartment somewhat annoying for shoving in my textbooks and binders unless I opened the zippers all the way. It's a sizable backpack, but it's not ideal for throwing in 3 or more textbooks/binders. The backpack was bulky and the nondetachable waist straps got caught in the armrest whenever I sat the backpack on a desk chair. It worked but it was a bit too big for my daily school life.

Daily commute:

Then I used this backpack for daily subway commute with my laptop and a load of books. I realized the backpack is a lot more comfortable for long distance travel than I had expected. The only issues were 1) that the nondetachable waist straps fell through gaps when I threw the backpack onto the subway overhead compartment, making it difficult to pull the backpack out of the compartment at once when I needed to get off the subway 2) it was too bulky to stand inside crowded subways. It still got the job done whatever I would throw into the backpack there was not one time it came out damaged, and the backpack remained unstained and undamaged thanks to its solid construction. Also my back didn't sweat as much as I did with other backpacks of this size.

Urban backpacking trip:

I didn't realize how insanely well-built this thing was until I went on a 2-week solo trip all over Norway with it. I fit everything inside the backpack's padded main compartment, and I had to press on the backpack with my upper body to close the zipper. I don't have any pictures but in short, the backpack looked like it was about to explode. And by everything I mean: all of my clothes, my loyal 5D Mark II (the front camera compartment would do a good job of protecting an entry-level DSLR, but 5D Mark II with a 35mm f/2 ZE just didn't fit in snugly), a 100mm f/2 ZE lens, a filter kit, and a towel. One thing I learned (although nothing was damaged in the process) is that if the main compartment is full (as in, bulging out), other compartments will be affected quite a bit. For instance, in this 'about to explode' state I would not have been able to fit an entry-level DSLR into the front compartment. I threw the backpack in this 'about to explode' state into the airplane overhead compartment 11 times (the backpack fit inside every compartment I've tried except Dash 8-100) and checked it in once (nothing damaged, including my MBP 15"). I had a Manfrotto Compact tripod (1' 4") hanging onto the backpack left pocket with one foot the whole time, and once I sprinted with the front camera compartment wide open for 10 minutes (I had travel documents and passport in the thin layers inside the compartment), and nothing ever fell out of the backpack. The zippers are impressively well-built, since they never exploded on me no matter how much stuff I would fit under them. Also, even after two weeks of hectic travel, there were no dust stains or scratches on the backpack. The surface is does not absorb water. If I explored the rain forest with this that could be a different story, but for urban travelers this backpack should get the job done. Was it comfortable? Yes, I walked around with it on my back (total weight 18kg) for an entire day a few times one time and I never felt sore.

Who is this for?

Pro photographer? Probably not. it's extremely well-padded but there are no straps for large tripods nor are there dividers to prevent your lenses/cameras from crashing into each other inside the main compartment. As I said, the front compartment is not big enough to snugly fit any camera bigger than an entry-level DSLR. But if you're a traveler and photography happens to be one of your main pursuits I would say it would be a pretty good bet because 1) if you own an entry-level DSLR you can fit it in the front compartment and 2) if you have a big DSLR you can just throw it in the main compartment with clothes, books, or any objects that will not scratch your camera and lens. In this case I actually recommend getting a separate lens case.

Urban commuter? Yes, if you need to carry around a ton of stuff that needs shock protection. Not to mention your laptop in the laptop compartment, but also anything you throw into the main compartment. Just remember that there are no dividers although there is a thin layer at the back surface where you can slide in files, two Velcro pockets big enough to fit an iPhone or two, and a 5" deep open pocket on the front compartment side of the interior where you can fit in some gadgets. Two side pockets can each fit a 0.6L Sigg bottle, and the front compartment has 3 layers (1 big enough for a camera, 2 thin for more small gadgets, a boarding pass, or folded documents). The bottom compartment has room for an MagSafe charger and more. Just remember that the waist strap can get annoying.

Urban backpacker? Of course. It's pretty stylish for a bag of this size, it's super comfy, and there's no velcro pocket so it'll probably make pickpockets say "Pass." The waist strap could be a big plus in this case, although it's comfortable enough without it. And it doesn't get stained very easily. Just don't go wandering in the safari with this thing.

What could be better?

As I said already the waist strap can be annoying. But this is built for an urban backpacker so I can't really complain.

The top handle gives you a good grip when you're lifting the backpack with one hand, but there's no way to hang the backpack onto a hook like other backpacks (unless the hook is really big). A compromise for sleeker design but I think Booq could have figured something out here.

Putting on and taking off the backpack takes more than 5 seconds. But I think this is a worthy compromise because this is also the most comfy backpack I've ever used.

Boa Flow is the best backpack out there if you're looking for a way to carry all your stuff around cities with maximum protection. It also looks quite nice. I highly recommend this backpack.

Buy BFM-BLR: Boa Flow M Black Red Backpack (Fits 13-17 Mac) Now

Ok I've now had my Booq backpack for over 5 years and have used it everday (similar to this model but I think my model was discontinued). Traveling all over the country and to work everyday. 2 different Dell 17" laptops and now have a 15" Toshiba. This bag is definitely one of the best designed/built pieces of gear I've ever owned. Yes, they are more expensive but in this case, you get what you pay for as it lasts longer and is more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Read Best Reviews of BFM-BLR: Boa Flow M Black Red Backpack (Fits 13-17 Mac) Here

Booq gets the award for best quality backpack, and worst design. Its a good backpack, but two of the features make this a dealbreaker for me. First, the camera pocket is on the bottom of the bag. So if you bag is ever checked, or ever thrown, or anything, you will be extremely worried about the valuables in that bottom pocket, because they will hit the ground first. Second, some may think this is not a big deal, but I do: I need a water bottle pocket! Booq will not put a simple mesh pocket on their bags or backpacks for water bottles. If you ever travel, you know how important this is. Do this while travelling: stop walking, dig through your backpack, find your drink, take a drink, then put it back, then zip up backpack, then put back on your shoulders, then continue travelling. Or, here is an idea, have a mesh water bottle pocket on the side of the backpack for easy access! This bag is not designed well in my opinion.

Want BFM-BLR: Boa Flow M Black Red Backpack (Fits 13-17 Mac) Discount?

This bag is very comfortable to wear with ample back and shoulder support. The laptop and camera pockets are very well padded. The stitching and fabric appear to be of high quality. There are more than enough pockets and compartments, but the back pocket stands out as uniquely engineered with a flap that opens upwards. This is surprisingly effective. The handle is padded (thank you!) and the overall design looks attractive and professional.

Targus Crave Backpack Designed to Protect 16-Inch Laptops TSB158US (Blue)

Targus Crave Backpack Designed to Protect 16-Inch Laptops TSB158USHopefully the video will show you what you need to know.

This case offers just the right amount of padding without being too bulky.

I feel a lot better when I carry it around in this case than when it is exposed.

The thing I feared most about my new iPad 3G just happened. It slipped from a ledge and fell four feet to a linoleum floor. It hit hard with a sickening thud. At the time, the iPad was inside of my Targus Crave Slipcase along with my iPhone 3GS.

I feared the worst. But when I took the iPad 3G and iPhone 3GS out of the Targus Crave Slipcase, there was not a scratch and not a dent on either device. Both worked perfectly as if nothing had occurred. The Targus Crave Slipcase's padding had done the job.

Although I do not intend to make a habit out of such careless treatment for such treasured devices, it's good to know that Targus designed such protection into their cases. Frankly, I can think of no better product recommendation.

Love the colors, very vibrant green inside. Zippers are solid and the entire bag feels of excellent quality. As title says my Asus TF fits in no problem both with and without the keyboard dock. The only time it was a tad snug was when I had a neoprene sleeve on the TF before I put it in the bag, zipping was a bit of a squeeze that time. Really excited about this bag when the bad weather hits, not having to worry about rain or snow on my electronics is exciting

*adendum: after using this product for weeks now, awesome. Fits the TF, keyboard dock, mini HDMI cable, wireless mouse, cell phone, pens and pogo stylus, all with no prob. Best all in one bag without being bulky and it looks great. Have not needed to carry charger but I assume it would fit also.

In the world of computer carrying cases/backpacks, the offerings range from the simple (one padded slot) to the overly complex (35 compartments/subcompartments, straps, zippers and velcro) where you could lose an accessory for months before re-finding it. Targus has carved out a very happy medium and added water resistant fabric and made it very comfortable to carry to boot. There are 2 main zippered compartments, a large rear one which can accommodate up to 16 inch laptops, and a segmented compartment which includes a mesh section, 4 sizes of simple pockets, and a padded pocket for say a mouse. On both sides at the bottom their is small zippered compartment, and there is a zippered compartment the size of a paperback book on the back. So, if you are looking for a backpack to carry a computer, ipod, ipad, a few accessories and provide protection against life's insults, this is for you.

This case for the IPad is very well constructed and the handle makes it convenient to carry around. I would have given it five stars but would like for it to have been 1/2 inch taller. I have my IPad in an Incipio case for protection around the house and fitting it in the Targus Crave is very tight with the zipper difficult to closebut it can be done. Without any case the fit is great but I prefer to leave my Incipio sleeve on for added protection.

Petunia Pickle Bottom Abundance Boxy Backpack Diaper Bag

Petunia Pickle Bottom Abundance Boxy Backpack Diaper Bag, Frolicking in FezI LOVE this Diaper Bag.

Pros:

-Abundance of Space

-Many pockets for organization to hold bottle, pacifier, diapers, wipes, etc.

-Easy to Clean outer layer

-Backpack feature (can also be used as a shoulder bag)

-Built in changing station

-Key holder

Cons:

-Price (but for its features, well worth it)

-No stroller clips (purchase separately)

This is a great diaper bag. I was debating between a Ju-Ju-Be and this bag, but am happy with this bag. I like to carry a lot of things in my bag, so all the pockets are a great feature for easy organization. Also, I'd rather carry one bag then have two separate bags (diaper bag and purse). This bag is great since it can carry my stuff as well as baby's stuff. This is also great as a travel bag. As baby gets older, I pack more toys to keep her occupied and it fits a lot of stuff. I was debating on getting the smaller boxy backpack, but I'm glad I got the abundance. I don't like having my bag overstuffed, so the abundance of space is a great feature. With all the stuff I carry, the backpack helps relieve my shoulders.

After our second baby was born I searched and searched for a good quality diaper bag that would accommodate two in cloth diapers. I looked into the petunia pickle bottom, jujube, storksak and nest diaper bags(I already had nest diaper bag). Obviously I chose PPB. What I love about this bag is how much space it has and the fact that you can carry it like a backpack. How many times do you lean over to deal with an issue only to have the diaper bag slam your little one in the face or fall to the ground? I wish it had more pocket storage like my nest (6 internal pockets) but I am able to carry all of the cloth diapers I need, wet bag, snacks, bottles, change of clothes -you name it, I have it. Definitely worth the money as the quality is superb!

The bag was purched for my wife and she loves it. It is very spacious and seems to be very well made. The price was a little high but you get what you pay for.

This bag is gorgeous and so useful. It is really big, so it looks funny when you wear it as a backpack. Worth getting both sizes...smaller one for the everyday diaper bag and this larger one for overnight trips or if you have 2 babies you are packing for!

I have nothing bad to say about this bag, except that it is made for giants. I am 5' 9" and a big athletic build...and this bag swallows me. Seriously when it is on my back it sticks out past my shoulders!

I had the original boxy backpack for the last 2 years with my first child and always had it packed to the gills, so I figured I would go up a size with my next child coming any day now. Well if I packed this thing I don't know if I would be able to carry it. I need a backpack type bag as I have chronic back problems, which are made worse by carrying heavy bags on one shoulder, so I was hoping this would be perfect. But alas it is ginormous!

it is about 6 inches wider than the traditional Boxy Backpack, which makes for a lot more space of course, but I didn't realize how much bigger that would actually be.

Would be great as a piece of carry-on luggage if I was going on a trip, but not for every day attach to the stroller with two kids in tow!

I will be returning it and getting another regular size Boxy Backpack for sure.

Black and Red Sleeve, Bubble like interior lining to prevent scratches for your 8inch tablet, Electric Geen Vangoddy BraceletThis is a nice little tablet holder. Kinda slippery if you don't have a firm grip on it. It will however, get the job done.

We bought our grandchildren tablets for Christmas and ordered these to protect them. So far so good. They love them. We ordered Red, pink and purple and all are very nice and sturdy.

Bugout Bag - BLACK (T27 SEC B RW 4)

Bugout Bag - BLACKTrue the bag is more heavy than most but its due to the frame.. I am impressed with this bag more than any. The only reason i gave the rating of 3 is because it is heavy and not very friendly for airplane carry ons. Im military so i spend alot of time flying and its easy to get lost in how much u can fit into this bag. next thing u know. it wont fit into the overhead... but i have had mine for 7yrs and never had a problem. countless deployments to all different types of environments..

It is a big and strong bag. But it is heavier than a luggage which have same capacity and space so I think it is not good for travelling. Also there are plenty of better lightweight and durable bags for camping and hiking.

One of the main plastic clips were broken during my first trip. So this bag is a big show off only

Otium 20228NKA Leisure Canvas Bagpack Backpack, Military Khaki

Otium 20228NKA Leisure Canvas Bagpack Backpack, Military KhakiThis bag is good for what I use it for...which is to carry around a few paperbacks, a folder, a wallet, small personal items, tablet, and sometimes a 14 in laptop. I do get a little concerned when I throw in my laptop because the bag, while sturdy enough, doesn't seem cut out to carry lots of heavy weight. When I want to carry a lot of stuff, like several thick books, laptop, plus other things, I use another bag. But this backpack is definitely nice because I don't particular like zippers and this one has a drawstring closure and magnetic flap which work like a charm. The straps are lightly padded which keep it from hurting my shoulders, and the interior is surprisingly roomy. You could probably fit up to 4 thick textbooks (although you might think twice about actually carrying them in this bag for a long time) and squeeze in other smaller items.

The interior also has two small pockets and pen holders in addition to a divider for a tablet or small laptop.

The material is nice and thick, not flimsy to the touch, just nice canvas material, and the color is more like the 3rd. 4th and 5th pictures shown on the product page (more brown than green or khaki).

I do wish that the pockets on the outside of the bag were a bit larger...it'd be nice to be able to fit a water bottle in there comfortably, but alas, this isn't the case.

One small detail about the drawstring itself...the ends are knotted, but I've found that they come loose so you have to tighten them every so often.

I have been looking for a good sized bag and this one does it for me. It has the perfect amount of pockets; which I found that everything I want to carry fits nice and neat into all the little pouches.

I love this bag and I'm sure it's going to take me through the rest of my college life.

I know the description says that there is a pocket for an ipad, but I can actually fit my macbook pro in that pocket too. I love the rugged look it has and I hate having to constantly zip and unzip backpacks so this is perfect. It fits binders, textbooks, whatever you need for school. It has a sturdy design, I've been using it for a year in college and it hasn't failed me yet!

I love it!!!! The only thing is that it is a drawstring bag with no zipper. So if you want a zipper, then this is not your bag. But I love the pockets and compartments.
