So far I enjoy it. It wasn't exactly what I thought it would be but I think it will do exactly what I need.The padded straps aren't that padded and the hip belt is kinda silly I wish I could take it off. But all in all I think I could hold about a weeks worth of clothing in there.
I bought this backpack to replace my daughter's diaper bag. She LOVES it and carries it with her every time we leave the house. Unfortunately, after only two weeks, the strap broke. It was very disappointing.

This bag is pretty awful. I usually give mail order products the benefit of the doubt. I can't see touch them or operate them so, I'm purchasing on faith. Faith that the seller is honest in their description and the product is solid and good. usually I'm not disappointed. Not so this time around. Even for the low price this bag is poorly made and designed. I've only had it 1 1/2 weeks and it's already tearing at the seam along the shoulder straps. And there are too few inside pockets, just 2 large compartments. Really... just a bad bag.

The carry-on size luggage (21-inch or thereabouts) fits perfectly in 737, 757 and 767 airplane bins. It took a bit of maneuvering to fit the luggage into the 767 bin (this is not unusual as this is normal) but the carry-on fit.

Having come to the conclusion that my current 20 year old luggage has seen better days, along with a forthcoming trip not too far in the future, I decided to scout around for some new bags. What gives with some luggage being in the $300-$600 range??? Do the bags come with an elf inside that carry them around for you? Are the handles minted in gold or silver? Do they substitute as plush beds when stranded at an airport? Sheesh. Nevertheless, Amazon never ceases to amaze me with the good prices on big ticket items, and this was no exception. The previous reviews about this set are pretty much on target. They arrived in mint condition with marketing display tags attached, plastic protection bags for the smaller ones inside, those little moisture prevention packet thingys, and the "new luggage smell" to boot. By the way, the smell in my opinion isn't as pleasing as "new car smell", so if possible unpack & separate the bags to let them air out a couple days in the basement or garage. The two bigger handle bags have those tiny lock & keys along with wheels to make it easier to lug them around. All the bags have ample room made of sturdy material that will prove hard to rip. The bags worked great for my vacation, but I don't think they will last very much longer. The plastic pieces that reinforce the roller bags were severely warped. I didn't have time to return or exchange the product, so I partially bent them back into place myself. This worked for my trip, but they don't look like they'll last much longer. Be careful if you're buying at the last minute. Otherwise, they seem to be a great value.
The design is cute. My daughter can't wait to use it on the first day of school. Smurfs are back from the 1980s, yay!

We just recently purchased this backpack and it is really cute! My daughter was thrilled to see that the pink background behind Smurfette is actually shiny sequins. This is not really a toy! It is a great backpack -larger than most -and very good quality.
We bought this for our daughter when she went to kindergarten. It survived the school year with plenty of abuse and still looks almost like new. The construction was sturdy for our purpose, which admittedly did not involve a lot of heavy textbooks. It seems like it might be a bit small for an older student who would be carrying more, but for younger students it works great. The butterfly design is also pretty, and refreshingly different from the ubiquitous Barbie, Princess, Dora stuff that we found everywhere else.

...Bought this one for our preschooler because it was pretty--the top strap ripped by the 8th day of preschool! Seriously, our preschooler took it to school with normal use on the bus (snackbag, drink, shoes, and jacket). The strap is now totally ripped off. We bought a lunchbag to match because it was so pretty, and haven't taken it out of the bag yet as the backpack was so poorly made (why do we need a match to a backpack that didn't last?). Seriously, shouldn't it have lasted longer? I only regret that we didn't just buy a backpack at Target or Walmart. My 4th grader had tons of books and Target one lasted 2 years (still okay but showing wear). I wanted something pretty for our daughter in preschool. I bought this bag for my husband to take to work and carry his laptop in and he absolutely loves it. It's practical but is also attractive and sleek. The inside has this fuzzy fur lining to place the laptop in, a big pocket for your lunch or books, and all of these little pockets and places to put things like your keys, cell-phone, bike lock, etc. There's tons of space in it too.
